I had a very good experience with Relogate. I came to them when, after submitting my EB-1 U.S. visa application with another company, I faced a Request For Evidence (RFE). I was challenged to find another immigration attorney willing to take on my case on short notice, and Relogate quickly found the right person who developed a clear plan of action. I was particularly impressed with their ability to prepare 12 recommendation letters in just one week. All it took from me was a 1.5-hour call, after which they conducted very thorough research before writing the documents. This proactive approach to gathering all necessary additional information on their own is truly exceptional, as usually attorneys want the client to write all the letters themselves or, at best, provide templates. The quality of the documents that the guys from Relogate prepared for me was so high that it was clear that they had a deep understanding of my professional field. They saved me a lot of time. On my own I would have written these letters for over a month, coming home from work in the evening trying to compose documents I have never written in my life. I can say that this is the main company, which in principle is currently ready/provides services to assist in applying for visual talent, but the rest, without even trying to say, studying my cases, said that everyone is now refusing and that’s it.
My situation was non-standard, in many things I was very cooperative, for which I thank them very much. Firstly, I am an Israeli citizen and applied during military requirements, which is why I asked the staff to do the relogate faster than 4-6 weeks. We collected the keys for two intensive weeks and one of them was not for a week, as there were holidays.
Secondly, they helped a lot in collecting documents that I couldn’t have done on my own, and recommended writing letters for my employers. Everything was structured and, in principle, clear, I analyzed all the questions and suggested how best to proceed in a given situation, when collecting documents, if something was missing.
Thirdly, due to martial law, they agreed to the meeting in the form of payment, for which many thanks to them. Fourthly, after receiving the visa, they gave me detailed instructions on what to do in France upon arrival, which in itself is a huge plus.
Fifthly, they showed me very quickly and immediately for a year, and I can update it only after a year, which, as I understand it, is a great success.
There were a couple of nuances that made me nervous, but this happens in any process. I was open to making my resume and portfolio for now, but they said that they were doing this, since I had little time to submit, I saw the resume and portfolio in the morning before submitting, and it was, to put it mildly, no Satisfied, I had to quickly redo everything myself in a hurry; I would have avoided this if they had said that I could do it myself.
