Pricing issue on the online…
Pricing issue on the online application.
I am willing to accept the fact that there was
an issue and work with the pricing.
The first counter person response was that I had given the incorrect VIN for the application and I have the voice mail left that stated it was a pricing error. I have quoted my customer a price and needed to be in alignment with that price to help me take care of my customer.

Thank you for your feedback! The Vin number provided to us initially was incorrect. Once the correct Vin number was provided to us we reached to let you know that the part ordered a hybrid, electric motor is not correct per the gas engine you have. We issued a full refund for the incorrect part that was purchased.
