The contact person was helpful and the quote didn’t change and the price and warranty sold me and they were recommended. Have not gotten my engine yet so we will see how the rest of this plays out. But so far the experience was good.

Still do not have my engine. was told I would have this engine by the 15th of January. Still waiting for tracking number has well.

Engine arrived for a gmc Acadia on time. However the engine was not timed correctly so we had to pull the engine again to correct what should have been tested before it was sent out.

Still havent received our engine after several months.

We purchased a remanufactured engine from Reman Engines. It was delivered in just a couple of days. It now has about 7000 miles on it and it is running great. We had no issues at all. Definitely would suggest a reman engine vs a used engine if it is in your budget. Also get the install kit with it if possible.

I had to pay two shop bills, the first engine they sent did not run, sent second it worked, I feel like I should be reimbursed the first shop bill of $ 1100.00

It was amazing value for a low miles used engine. Easy process to order & take delivery. My mechanic was skeptical at first but was impressed by the end of the job. We treated it like a long block and installed new gaskets & seals to make sure they were fresh.

The reman engine was assembled with a defective rear seal. We had to install the engine twice due to seal replacement. Reman-engine didn't provide any help with parts or labor. The warranty writer has emotional temper issues.

Great folks as well as service! After experiencing Hurricane Helene and losing the engine on my F-150, they did a great job in getting me what I needed.

The phone call was 9 minutes long to order and pay for my motor. My motor was not a common motor to be found. It was shipped out and arrived in a very timely manner.

Shipping company dropped or crushed the pallet damaging some peripherals. Nothing I didnt have from my old engine however. Engine is visually in pretty great condition. Overall very impressed with the fast delivery.

I was incredibly annoyed with the company policy of requiring photo ID and other information when the shipping address and the billing address are not the same. I have frequently ordered car parts in the past, including a transmission, and had them shipped to a separate address, and had no issues. I do not understand why this company has such a policy.

Purchased 5.7 hemi for my 06 ram 1500 on the 12th had the engine in the truck driving down the road by the 20th everything is running as it should. Great customer service and fast turnaround time. My go to from now on. Great work guys 👍

Ordered a used engine and never received what I paid for. I ordered a 2011 Volkswagen GTI engine. That arrived to my mechanic damaged so was sent back. They then ship a higher mileage 2008 engine instead as a replacement. And basically said take it or leave it. Different generation engine clearly not compatible. They forced me to pay 540 return shipping and 25% restock fee. For their mistake. They dragged the issue out so long. It’s too late to dispute with the bank. So buyer beware with this company. Its policies are there to screw the customer. There are multiple reports on bbb as well. Engine was $3,300. I was left with $1900 after it all and no engine. Garage dropped the job and I had to pay all the time it was stored there because of this company refusing to do right for the customer.
Their customer service department is a joke. They put you on hold and claim it’s your fault that wrong engine was ordered. The supervisor there basically said only way I’d see all of my money back is by taking them to court. Clearly not his first rodeo. Pretty much kept pointing the blame on me ordering incorrectly, but I ordered a 2011 not a 2008.
This company hides under multiple names. (Car parts planet) is one of them.
Update: 12/11/24 Not a single resolution given since then. As well as this review is still valid and for “reman-engine.com”. You can keep fighting my review trying to state it’s for the wrong business. We both know the truth.
