I paid online to book my car for remap and after 2 weeks they called me to tell me that they don't cover the area where I live(Conwy) and I have to wait another 2 weeks till I will get a refund. Very bad experience, almost like a scam...

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our system allowed a booking in an area we no longer cover and we didn’t catch it in time to inform you. This was entirely our oversight and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We understand your frustration and while we assure you we are not a scam (as reflected in the many positive reviews we've received) we recognise that we fell short in your case.
Regarding your refund, please note that we do not control the processing time as this is handled by the bank.
Your 1-star review is fair and we will use this as an opportunity to improve our booking system moving forward.

They remapped my car and I signed the disclaimer that my car is above 100k. I felt no power not even the smooth idling and send them the email that I dont feel any changes can you please provide me the parameters set on my ECU so I can go to the DYNO and check whether the remap is working on my ECU or not but no reply instead I received the phone call pointing to the disclaimer signed and refused to even give me the proof that I can match the power figures on dyno. The best act from their technician was, he asked me to go and relax and when the remap will be completed, he will call me. I dont have any idea what he did with the ECU. Completly dodgy, dont waste your money.

Hello Eddy
As discussed on email, you were asking us to send you the modified file. This file is our Superchips file. We do not distribute the files out like this to the public, as then, our files are out there for anyone to use. We come out and load them onto the cars ourselves and then ask you to take the vehicle for a test drive.
We were polite when explaining this.
On the topic of being told to "go relax" this is just a courtesy we follow when arriving at customers homes. As mentioned, you were more than welcome to wait with the technician whilst they completed your vehicle.
You never mentioned at any point about anything relating to "smooth idling" so we are unsure what this relates to. We remap hundreds of the same Audis as yours and we have never had any bad feedback regarding them.
You asked how your vehicle was mapped and we were happy to explain that we remapped your vehicle via the Autotuner device in the Bench method.
Thank you,
Superchips

Countryman remapping
I have a mini countryman, which had all the package of what I like in a car when I bought it, but it took me some time to realise that didn't really have any power for a 2 litre engine. Daryl came and remapped it and the driving is soooo smooth and finally I can overtake the 'sunday drivers' !!! Thank you so much, I'm really happy with how the car drives now!
