Easy to get in contact with. Quick response to problems. Gave endurance, on a amount that was wrongly reserved, that the cancellation attempt from an event company in Egypt, had been registered correctly (amount was 10x the actual amount). My account would not be charged more than correct amount.

It was stolen 20000Nok from my remember…
It was stolen 20000Nok from my remember silver card. I was contacted by person who used the name of a collegebon Messenger. She asked for my phone number and said she could win money on FB if she could get more people in the game. She said she won 4500Nok after a while and would give me half. I asked her to use Vipps but she send me a link to use a card for the trancation. Entercard claim that this was not legal according to rules. Rules does not specific cover al situations and in my opinion its not Legal to ecspect all customers to handle this correct if they are not in the money business. I am 75 and have had no education in the Mastercard field.
