Erika was a pleasure to work with. She was patient, sympathetic, understanding and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our family was happy with our purchase. When we first started, we weren't completely satisfied with the choice we made in our design choice. She went out of her way to send examples, modify the things we didn't like and really customize it to something we truly love now. She checked in with our concerns, addressed them and was so polite, reassuring, and kind during the entire process. We were lucky to have worked with her and would refer others to do the same!

It's a great feeling to have finally settled on this evolution of design. The design depicts our property here in Northern Minnesota, and the cemetery that it will be placed in for all time.

When I was looking for a headstone for my mother I had gone to a few places. However, as soon as I saw this particular one at Remembrance I knew it was the one. It spoke to me. Although it took longer than originally stated to complete once it was done and placed it is beautiful. I truly appreciate the dedication and work than went into getting this done.

The first time I used them n 2024 was seamless. Customer service was great and communication was superb.
