I bought hair from you guys in 2022, however I am no longer happy with it as it's shedding a lot then it needs to and it's always detangled around the back on my neck back while i wear it and it shouldn't be doing that

• Shedding/ Tangling: Excessive shedding and tangling after minimal use
• Texture/Appearance: The hair does not match the described texture and looks dull/dry

The second wig I bought was absolutely trash, I feel scammed. I washed it once and it was damaged. Your date pan doesn't allow to set the exact date I bought the wig, it was in 2023,never bought Remore hair ever again!
