Marcus and Ben held our hands throughout the mortgage process and went above and beyond! We had a mortgage approved on one property, which we moved away from, and their knowledge and relationships meant we could quickly move on and not miss out on a second property which we loved (and bought!!!).

Marcus' customer service skills are second to none. His preferred method of contact is phone rather than email and we received regular phone call updates throughout the process of getting a mortgage.
