My children love RLS/Homeschool Pro. I currently have a 4th grder, 8th grader and 9th grader. All of my kids love the courses they offer, the format and the self-paced style schooling.

The only negative feedback I would have to give is, that, for some courses, the videos seem to start abruptly and does not really fully explain the concept (for example, my son's 4th grade math course). Since RLS was a cheaper option as our homeschool curriculum, we were able to subscribe to another website to help supplement my son in math.

Needless to say, the positive experience outweighs that one negative experience. For example, RLS offers advisors, end of year transcripts, school emails for each of my kids, school ID'S, projects such as Inventor Challenges, Art Showcases etc. They also have a wonderful tech support that is available within minutes or hours reach at most.

Our family purchased the lifetime subscription and found that it was worth the money spent. Overall, I am pleased with this program and will continue to use it until my children finish homeschooling.

My son had just started Middle School, but bullying in his school was out of control, and so we decided to homeschool him. My husband works full time as a firefighter, and I work from home full time, so we needed a program which my son could do with minimal supervision, and so we chose Homeschool Pro.
The Homeschool Pro curriculum ended up being perfect for us. The advisor assisted us with all the forms we needed to begin our homeschooling officially (like notifying the state properly), and my son started on his curriculum from home and was thrilled.
He would work every day and take the classes with many electives he likes at his own pace, working independently without me having to supervise him, so I could get my own work done. Classes also have quizzes, projects, and assignments that are graded by a real teacher. The only issue is that assignments sometimes take a bit long to get graded, but that is ok because he can work on other stuff in the meantime.
For the graded written assignments there were also many interesting projects he could do lime draw a comics or make a poster and even design a board game, so maybe for the first time in his life he was actually "happy" to work on schoolwork! And we were thrilled to see our son thrive. He already has decided even on his career when he grows up, to be an engineer, and is taking the proper electives to help with the journey.
The interface itself is easy to use he just chooses the classes he wants and clicks on it, the classes are taught by actual teachers who record them ahead of time, so my son can do it at own schedule and can rewatch a class any time. There are also printable worksheets that he can take for the road.
For us, Homeschool Pro was the solution we needed and the only thing we regret is not starting to homeschool sooner.

We joined this program in September 2022 and had hopes it would be a great homeschool solution.
Our 7th grader needed more self directed work.
He hated it.
We hated it.
He was bored. No knowledge checks exist. You watch videos and poof, you are done. No quiz, no test, nothing to demonstrate understanding of subject or material.
We did get excited when, upon completion of a history course, he had to submit a project.
He worked all day on it for 2 days. 3 weeks later, no response from teacher on his submitted project.
As parents, we were concerned about the lack of follow up. The website touts on line quizzes and knowledge checks, but when we reached out inquiring on same, we were told teachers were busy and that material would come as they were able.
When we asked about the 3 week no reply on a project submission, the reply was that they serve thousands of students and we need to practice patience.
So thank you but no thank you. We’re going to stick with IXL

We use RLS's online homeschool program called "Homeschool Pro". It basically gives out kids access to many classes not just core ones but also electives as well.
The students can take the classes any time and advance at their own pace, allowing for a lot of flexibility.
Materials in the class are well explained and if they don't understand something the first time, they can always just rewind the lesson and rewatch
There's also quizzes to help test their knowledge and improve retention.
I'd recommend Homeschool Pro to anyone who is homeschooling or thinking of homeschooling

We are using the Homeschool Pro curriculum for my 3 kids (2 in elementary school and one in middle school). They have so many fascinating classes and electives to choose from such as ASL, Meteorology, Forensics, Media Studies, Chess, and lots more.
You also get a student ID card and school email address for every kid in your family and a educator ID for yourself letting you save a lot on student and teacher discounts.
My kids have made so much progress since joining RLS and have learned so much new things that I am very pleased and have recommended it to my other relatives who are homeschooling.

Signed up for the Homeschool Pro membership. It’s a very extensive curriculum with lots lots of classes and electives to choose from and my kid appreciates the freedom and all the choices of classes. They also helped me with some homeschool forms for my state.

I was skeptical at first, being a mother you want the best for your children, I didn't want my children to fall back on there education but talking with the school and seeing how much my children have picked up with in these couple of months and having my kids explain things to me that I didn't understand makes me feel I made the right decision for them and extra proud of them. We are very happy that we found remote learning schools for our childrens continued education at the comfort of there home, and if we ever need help they are so easy to get in contact with.

As a mother to three beautiful children (ages 6, 9, and 12) and as one who is concerned about their education especially at these times when classes can get cancelled or the whole class can get send to quarantine because of one positive, I decided to enroll in RLS so that I have assurance that their education doesn't get hurt. And I don't regret it - they now have access to hundreds of online classes including not just regular classes such as Mathematics and ELA, but also extra stuff such as musical instruments and second languages, saving me a lot of money on tutors. Right now they are using it in addition to their own school work, but in case schools get cancelled again or I decide to homeschool, they can use it as their main curriculum. This platform has become so prevalent that in the future it will probably help them stand out especially with the JuniorFolio where all their achievements are stored and documented. RLS also provided my children with student IDs and student email accounts. I also purchased a gift membership for a relative of mine who has children I know she will appreciate it too

My two children are in RLS and we are very satisfied with the program. This Christmas I decided to buy a gift membership for my sister's family, they have 3 kids and they will be very happy when they see because she mentioned she's always wanted a RLS membership for her kids, can't wait to give it to her for Christmas.

My kids' grandparents gave us a RLS membership as a birthday gift and turned out to be great. Membership covers whole family. Classes are easy for my kids to understand with clearly explained concepts and also lots of accompanying materials and worksheets they can do. Tons of different classes to choose from as well as extra curicular activities - chess, piano, etc. Even 2nd languages so they can be bilingual am happy that it interests them.

My children have been so unmotivated ever since COVID started (and I don't blame them) but now that they are enrolled in the remote learning school they are far more enthusiastic about their schoolwork.

RLS is the best learning website I've ever seen. My son has been using it since 4th grade and it's lessons really help. During covid we used RLS as homeschool. Now we use it as a supplement to in-person classes. RLS classes explain concepts in a clear way, and the homework is relevant to the videos. Their chess classes also introduced my son to chess, and their World History lessons helped him win the geography bee at his school last month. The JuniorFolio gives students a sense of progress and something to work for. RLS works great for online distance learning, a supplement to regular lessons, and works well if you want your kids to actually learn something

I love the program by RLS and so does my son. He is definitely learning so much. I really like that he is able to do most of the work on his own using the program's guidance. That frees up a huge part of my day I used to spend sitting next to him all day and teaching and lesson planning and what not. I have already recommended RLS to friends and family.

This is my daughter's first year trying RemoteLearning.school but so far everything has gone smooth. She is using it in addition to her public school. The website is very easy to navigate and you get many perks for the kids like a shool e-mail address and a student ID. We are looking forward to a great academic year

This online learning program is excellent. It works very well with kids who have some type of learning issue and with regular students as well. I am satisfied with it, and my son feels comfortable with it too.

I was unable to register my son to the program because they said classes were full. I completed the registration online and paid the registration fee, then got the email that my son was admitted to the program, but around 10 minutes later I got an another email that classes are full and that to try again enrolling in 2 weeks. My fees were refunded automatically which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. But I was really looking forward to having my son be part of the program because I've heard all the great things about it so it was disappointing to be turned away.
This is the email they sent me:
"Dear Parent, thank you for your interest in RemoteLearning.school's education enrichment program for kids ages 5-17. Unfortunately, due to high demand, the program is currently at capacity. We received a record number of enrollments this week, and we want our admissions department to give new members the full attention they deserve as a student, and our staff takes great care to assign each new student their curriculum, JuniorFolio, student ID, and more, as they begin their new learning adventure with us.
We have therefore placed your son on the waitlist, and we currently estimate the wait time to be 2 weeks. Meanwhile, we are refunding any fees you paid during the registration process."

Like I said that's a disappointment since my son was eager to get his school email address and write for the school magazine and learn classes such as Korean and guitar, never seen him so excited about learning! But at least they refunded my money very fast without me even having to ask. I will try again enrolling in 2 weeks I really hope I get my son in this program.

Misleading advertising: They advertise themselves as one of the most comprehensive online curriculums out there. In fact, not a single course offered by them could be considered complete. The French course comprises a total of 4 lessons. The Kindergarten Jr Math courses is a whopping 2 lessons. Ballet... 1 lesson. Korean... 1 lesson. Grade 8 Algebra... 1 lesson. There is NOTHING comprehensive about what they offer. Fake reviews: The reviews scattered across the internet were written by the same handful of people. The vast majority of these "people" have only reviewed this "school". The photographs used by some of these reviewers are stocks photos. Alas, since the entire website, "viral" videos and instructor profiles also include stock photos this is unsurprising. Lacks transparency: they have no sample lessons or trial period. The opportunity to try a sample, view a lesson or try before you buy is universal amongst educational sites. They refuse to answer questions on how they screen their instructors, if they screen their videos, etc. Additionally, the same "social media manager" runs an unemployment website (unemploymentpua) and a school review website (schoolrating.net). It's dishonest to not disclose these relationships, especially when you run the rating website that gives your school perfect reviews. The only interaction on social media for remotelearning.school is from the unemploymentpua account and a blatantly fake account with a stock photo.

High quality education and friendly customer service. I enrolled my younger child here as a singular education program for homeschooling, since he is only 6 years old and has a weak immune system and am worried about him going to first grade amid COVID19. My older child who still goes to high school I enrolled him to supplement his school program because the Zoom lessons don't teach that well in his school.
In RemoteLearning school you can take classes at your own pace and schedule which I find useful in cases I have doctor's appointment or other errand in the morning.
Customer support is friendly and replies fast to any message on Facebook
very satisfied (and so are my kids who are also learning a lot and even learning to talk French also included in this school's curriculum!)

Great online school signed up for the lifetime family membership and all my kids now have student ids as well as junior folio.
My boys and girls have learned a lot from their online lessons.
