Reneweco were efficient in getting back to me and after viewing my flat they had the certificate out to me in an email within 24 hours. They’re reasonably priced too.

The company provides a very efficient service. Our survey was done on the same day that I contacted them. The surveyor was very professional letting me know what he was looking at and why and the certificate was provided as soon as the payment cleared.

I left the company a voicemail message at 08.30, by 12.19 the EPC was completed and emailed to me.

Really 5 stars experience
Really 5 stars experience, sent an email with my query few minutes later I received a response with instructions and appointment options. Smooth experience, the surveyor arrived on time carried out the assessment with no issues., certificate arrived on my inbox few hours later. I would definitely recommend their services excellent customer service.

The whole process was efficient from start to finish! I am impressed with the service I received. I got a response for my booking within the hour and had one of the assessors out to my house at the agreed time and day. I received my EPC back on the same afternoon!
Tyler who completed our EPC was polite and courteous whilst he was in my house. 100% recommend Reneweco.
