Update - Still not received item or refund - now 20 days!

Received parcel today.(31 days). Renna chased courier who was at fault and Renna have refunded postage.

I would buy again from Renna therefore changed rating from 1 to 5 star.

From choosing my shoes to purchasing and delivery I’ve been extremely satisfied with the whole process.

no refund. I have been trying since May to get a refund. Item returned and email from company confirming this.
I won't remove my one star review , company have requested many times for me to do so. Company has Told me by email many times if I remove my review I will get my refund. I give up they can keep the money as it's only £20 but it's the fact that they get away with it.

Items arrived quickly, as described, great price, very happy with my purchase.

Avoid buying from this company. I purchased an item on 20 May but did not receive anything. The company does not respond to emails at all. The tracking number they provided is showing that the courier company did not receive any items for delivery since 20 May and it is now 25 May without any update from the company or the courier company. I will escalate this matter to my bank and local authorities to get my refund and to investigate.
