I applied 01-feb for one of the posting. I created a profile and uploaded my documents. The next day, I already got the approval and contract was already for signing. I did not expect this to be this fast. The process is very excellent I must say.

One thing I really like about Renthia is the apartments listed have very reasonable price and good location. Although, it has very limited option and most of them are 1 bedroom or studio only.

I will move next month so I have not yet inspected the unit. I will update again once I have moved in.

Very fast, efficient and good process by Renthia

I found Renthia a great platform, you have enough information (location, facilities, video and so on) for being able to choose your case. But the number of options in comparison to the other platforms are few.

Renthia provides beautiful furnished apartments. It includes all the details about the apartment. Video, pictures of apartment are very helpful, no need to view the apartment. Communication has been very clear.

It is very easy to apply for an accommodation and they give you full support. The entire application process was really fast. I highly recommend this platform!

Give notice almost 3 months before leaving the apartment. And the company confirmed that I don't have to pay the full month, then they send the invoice for the full month, again let them know about this by support and they made a credit note for the rest of it. After leaving the apartment the return of the deposit came really late, and incomplete. No description of why they discounted such amount. Unprofessional company. They can take really long time to answer emails. Would try to take extra money of you whenever they can.

The whole experience was nice. Quick response and useful communication.

Since my previous landlord canceled our housing agreement at very short notice (barely two weeks before arrival), I really had difficulties finding a place to stay in Gothenburg where housing seems to be scarce and expensive. Via Renthia I finally found a great apartment (as far as I can tell from the photos, the video tour and the description) :)
As part of the application and booking process, some information (e.g. a short self-description) has to be provided and proof (ID, pay slip) has to be uploaded. Once that is done, the further procedure is much faster and less complicated than I would have expected. My contact person Marcus is of great help and easily reachable via Whatsapp; the communication is very efficient and constructive. The digital signing of the contract was also easy and hassle-free. I thank the Renthia team for the great support, would recommend the platform to family and friends, and look forward to my move-in! :)

Hassle free process for renting accommodation in Helsingborg

Newly moved in the city. Seamless and easy sign up, contracting process to rent an apartment in Stockholm…

After struggling to find a rental flat/room in Sweden, I found the website of Renthia.com. The application and the answer of the person in charge of the contract were really fast and I really recommend this platform. Also, I contacted the support team twice to have more information about the rental : Amanda and Natalya have been of great help ! Thank you :)

I was amazed by how fast things worked out. I only applied yesterday and today I got my application accepted and the contract signed!

Prior to signing, I also had a helpful 1-1 text session with an agent to answer my questions.

As for the house, it's a really beautiful one!

Since many days iam searching for rental room and Renthia is very good to provide rent/lease services especially for long stays with reasonable deals...it will create a bridge between us to get the accomodation quickly..and i really appreciate them for their services, quick response and caring...

Overall, it was a great experience. It's good that Renthia made the whole process easy, and I wasn't worried about the contract. One thing they can improve is showing apartments on the map so I can easily look over and navigate between all the apartments in a neighborhood
