My purchase was not what was advertised it says hard OLED I received a cheap LCD screen instead and when I reached out to try to get a refund I got no response.

I wish I can give zero stars to this company, terrible customer service, to the point of not even responding to any texts calls or emails, had to get the ATTORNEY GENERAL of Florida to make something happen. Just a lousy experience.

When I got the screen, I didn’t know how it will work, but the moment that I put it on my phone, everything worked perfectly the Face ID and everything still works after replacing my old screen with this one

The back cover to my Samsung Galaxy S10e phone was a direct replacement and fit well. I had to pay as much for shipping as for the item itself. It was advertised as including adhesive, but no adhesive was shipped, only the cover by itself. I could buy the same thing on Amazon for a higher price but with free shipping and it includes a full repair kit with tools and adhesive.

Screens and components were low quality, and when an item returned defective their support team was non existent

Absolute garbage! new battery came at 75% when installed. charged it to 100%...in just a couple hours it was down to 15%, and that with light use! charges fine, but basically needs to be on a charger all day long...no different from my 6 year old original battery. I guess for the price, it's not surprising. look elsewhere for replacements!

Emailed asking why an ordered was delayed and never received a response. Submitted a claim for a malfunctioning screen received a generic email stating I would hear from them within one business day and it’s going on two weeks with no response as well.

I'm extremely upset and never have delt with service by them the way I had of recent I reached out by emaila nd number multiple times multiple orders came in damaged and the repair is still in prohress due to the repeated damaged parts and me having to repurchase them I recommend you go to someone else especially of your doing a fix on someone else's phone!! So disappointed tht they still haven't reached out to resolve it

The screen I got was not what was advertised. They need to be more transparent to what you actually get.
The screen started glitching after a week... Very disappointed.

The backing that I ordered for my cell phone came much faster than I expected. These are incredibly inexpensive repair parts. I had a local company quote me five times the price of this back to repair my phone. This is the second one of these that I've ordered for separate phones shipping was seamless the price is amazing and this company responds very quickly to emails that I've sent to them. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

TL;DR: You can't trust their listing photos and they DO NOT have "Easy Refunds & Returns."

I ordered a replacement screen for my Samsung Galaxy S22. The listing photos include the fingerprint reader module and the description indicated it was a "complete assembly," plus the site featured prominent claims of "Easy Refunds & Returns."

The part was shipped and received in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the repair until a couple weekends later, and when I opened the box I found that the fingerprint reader was not included. I tried to request a return on the website, but received no response. Since this was during the Holidays, I re-submitted my return request after the new year and again received no response.

I submitted a charge dispute with my credit card, and then the company finally found time to respond to the dispute. However, their response only indicated that the product was not defective. I updated my claim showing the discrepancy between the listing and the product I received, and the credit card gave me my money back.

They may have "quality parts," as reviewed by others, but I can't do business with a company that won't honor their claims. And IMO, neither should you!

Ordered a iPhone 14 plus oled screen paid for 2 day shipping and still haven't received order. Should've use Amazon, or Ebay. Site might be a scam.
