Nurse Georgie from RMS has been a real pleasure to have as my DAD nurse. I thank her for helping my dad through out a long flight from London to mauritius. And I also thank the whole support RMS team for helping those who are in need of medical assistance. God bless all.

Arrangements were made for me to be flown back to the UK with a nurse escort and airport assistance following being hospitalised in Austria following a ski accident and fractured pelvis. Although I was being mobilised with crutches I was still very psinful and required wheelchair assustance. Everything went very well, was streamlined and professional. The pain was kept to a minimum and although it was a long day I arrived home safely. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

After a most traumatic experience in Tenerife when my father suffered a heart attack on holiday and then subsequent heart surgery, the thought of the journey home was overwhelming. Our insurance company arranged for Tim from Repatriation Medical Services to assist my parents in the journey home. Tim flew out the day before to introduce himself and explain every detail of the journey home. This was most reassuring for them and definitely made the prospect of the journey home much easier. Tim was able to answer all my parents questions regarding my Dads condition, his travel and the support that he could provide. On the day of travel Tim was absolutely fantastic. He took complete control of all the travel arrangements, documentation and most importantly the care of my Dad. Tim monitored my Dads condition throughout the journey ensuring his safe arrival in the UK. Tim continued the journey home with my parents, supporting them both to their home where he handed them over safe and well to me. The relief that this service offered to both my parents and me is immeasurable. Tim was confident and super professional in his role. They say not all superheroes wear capes… I think sometimes they just might be paramedics called Tim. It’s difficult to express our gratitude as the peace of mind and support was above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined. Dad’s dignity and welfare was paramount and as my parents are usually well and fit this unexpected event was made so much easier with this amazing service.

Could not have had a better team take care of myself and my partner, both Georgie the Director and the wonderful medical assistant Anna who became more of a friend than a medic.
Could not have been looked after better, they took the stress and anxiety out of the whole ordeal mainly caused by the insurance company, a huge thank you to you all.

From the first contact with Georgie,the service was so professional and informative especially since the service from our insurance company has been so stressful and poor while waiting for my partner to be repatriated.
The medical assistant Anna was amazing, she was so caring and helpful putting us both at ease, made the flight back to the uk so easy and stress-free with oxygen assistance.

Couldn’t thank Georgie and Adam enough for what they done for me. My partner suffered a heart attack whilst on holiday in Cyprus. Insurance company were being difficult with regards to his repatriation but Adam and Georgie were there to advise and support me.
