Don’t buy from this company if you want to receive the product! I placed two orders on the same day for markers. I received the first order, but not the second. They claim they have proof that it was delivered, but it was not. When trying to get a resolution, they keep sending me THE SAME email, telling me to check the tracking, check with my neighbors, check my mailbox (duh). And PayPal was ZERO help and didn’t support my claim because “the seller provided proof of delivery.” Well, I call BS! What proof did they provide? If they can’t provide a photo of the package in my mailbox, then there is no real proof! They lied about it and were able to keep my money. I’m beyond frustrated, and I’ve spent so much time trying to get this issue resolved.

Never received product. Kept advising me to check around my house, with neighbors and post office. 4 times- approximately 10+ emails sent trying to get product or refund. refusing to replace productive paid for-do not do business with this company.

ZERO STARS!! This is most definitely a scam. I ordered an electric screwdriver through Instagram, not knowing it was coming from China. I never received it. Fought with them, kept giving me different tracking numbers and saying it was re-shipped, which was my first red flag. then they sent an email to tell me it was delivered two weeks prior to me sending in the complaint, with another tracking number. I got my credit card to dispute it and I got my money back.
I ordered another item not knowing it was from the same company (darn Instagram and their fake accounts that grab "real" items and then scam you into purchasing knockoffs!). They were supposed to be microfiber cleaning cloths. I actually got this package, and it's just cut-up felt. Completely not what I ordered, and no way for me to return it, since they make you pay for shipping and it's more than what the package is worth.

I hate them! Never got my purchase! They won’t refund my money! When you email them they respond immediately. It’s a Bot. They don’t actually answer. A complete ripoff.

This is a rip off website. Placed order 12/8/25 for my granddaughter and the tracking shows Spain to Ireland and back and forth but never shipped. It is now Christmas and no item, and it is still in Ireland, I doubt that it will ever get delivered. Hopefully you won't get the same rip off as I did.

Shenzhen General Warehouse-Operation Center, China - OMG! When 20 little ornament bells celebrating the 250th anniversay of the US arrived they were horrible. I requested a return by email and will wait. Reasons for return were listed along with pictures.
Many of them are broken; the little "clacker" that makes the bell ring is not attached just in the bag.
Many of the bells either have the red resin glaze covering the wording so you can't read it clearly or it's lumped up.
One of the bell's ornament hanger is not attached. I heard back from the company and they do not want to refund the entire $112.00 spent but offered $10.00. Saying "After careful inspection by our warehouse team, we’ve confirmed that your product is functioning properly and meets all quality standards. With just a few simple steps, it should work as intended."
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a large dog mat, "Gray / L: 28×22" | 35-70 lbs"
My dog is 36 lbs and in working shape. She barely fits on the mat curled up. I measured it: 21 1/4 x 26 1/2. NOT worth the money.

Ordered 2 dog cooling Matt’s. I received 5 weeks later 2 pc’s of polyester material sewed together. Polyester is not cooling material. The company offered me $6.00 as a refund. I paid $75.00 for 2 blankets. I’m not accepting their offer. Just disputing through my bank.

I would give a zero star if I could. I purchased a sewing machine component from them and i never received it. They use foreign shipping companies and say the item was ‘delivered’, but I never received it. I made a payment stop on PayPal, but because their shipping website says it was delivered, PayPal refused my claim.

Order body blur which they try to market as Westmore Beauty product - never showed up and they said it was delivered. I believed they provided faulty / fake shipping information.

Scammers! I ordered an item that USPS refused to deliver because it had no postage. This company just keeps talking in circles and will not refund the purchase. Fighting it through PayPal now.

I gotta say shirt looks dope and fits comfy but took like 2 weeks to arrive makin me hella impatient. Materials decent enough tho and stylin seems solid so cant complain much.

Nicely designed shirt that fits comfortably and looks smart. Really enjoyed the paneled style and subtle pocket detail, which add a classic casual touch without overdoing it. Fabric feels decent, and buttons seem durable enough. Overall, good option for relaxed yet polished wear.

I ordered the lighter from them for a Christmas present. It is now the end of March and I am still arguing with them about getting a refund or replacement as I never received the item. They gave me a tracking number to check with the post office however the post office said the package had a different address on it than mine. When I told the company this they said it was my problem to deal with since on their end it was considered delivered. Horrible customer service.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and I still have not received order.
They are telling me it was delivered to my mailbox. Tracking says with customs then delivered to my mailbox the next day!

I have to say a 0 star would be necessary if possible. On top of waiting about 2 months for the product which is understandable due to international shipping. Their customer service is a joke, after emailing back and forth they said the best they can do for me is $7 USD when I payed $47 for the products(2 lighters.) They should be compensating customers needs over anything else but in my eyes they are a selfish company which I’m sad to say I feel for their crap. I’m writing this to inform yall and not fall for these people’s trap. I wish I could give all the emails back and forth from them but it was a headache to read. I just ask plz plz do not hut from these people!!

Scam scam scam! Took my money and only sent 1 of the 2 products I ordered and paid for and then told me I needed to pay again of if I wanted my 2nd item. SCAMERS!!!

I’m not sure about the product as I haven’t received it in three weeks! Christmas is over. I requested my money back, but they’ve said it already shipped. Tracking reports it’s in customs. When will I learn to check where something is coming from???

I placed an order well before Christmas. As of 12/24/2024 I have not received it. I want my money back since I can’t give them as gifts.
