Laptop Keys Avis 250

This company is horrible. It took them 5 days to ship my key (and 1.5 weeks to arrive at my house). Once it arrived, it was the wrong key. When I tried to get them to send me the correct key, they ignored my emails. It took several tries to get someone to respond. When I requested a refund, they wanted me to mail the key back and pay shipping. It would have cost more to ship it back than I spent on the key. I had to remind them that their website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and they finally agreed to refund me the amount for the key, but not the shipping. Poor customer service.

I ordered the D key for my MSI KATANA GF76. I was a bit nervous because of the reviews, which I dont understand because everything was correct and the perfect fit. I even got a cleaning putty freebie in my order! My order arrived 4 days after ordering. The only small issue I had was my apartment number somehow was changed. Which I contacted USPS to have them fix that so it wasnt an issue at all. Came with the key cap, the rubber cup, and the hinge. They must have fixed their system because I really had no issues what so ever. Starting to believe these bad reviews are mostly from customer error not the businesses errors.

Took payment and said keys not in stock, would be within a month so said I'd wait. Sent me tracking but never received (tracking reports invalid number) and now emails bounce.

Scam, Scam and Scam.

I bought 3 keys form this website, and recieved confirmation of this with shipping. However 2 days later I get an e-mail saying the keys are out of stock and I can choose between 4 options, which included getting my money back. After I replied that I wanted my money back, I haven't heard from them ever since.

Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!! Ordered two keys and recieved an email sailing "Your order has been shipped!". That was a month ago, still no keys. No response from customer service.

Wish I had done my research. Instead, I went ahead and spent almost $100 on replacement keys, just to never hear anything back when I requested a refund, and not receive the keys I ordered.

It's a scam. Wish it'd looked at the website better before I ordered. They don't post your non-existent order to you and they don't reply to emails. Avoid.

Literal scam website. They won't send out your products and they don't respond to your emails. If you've fallen for their scam, take it to your financial institution so you can be refunded for your purchase.

Scam! For the first few months they will not deliver and blame delays from factories. After 6+ months they will then not answer anymore. So they try to make you wait past the paypal 180 day refund limit, after which they will stop answering. Pure scam!!

This is a scam company.
They don’t deliver and don’t answer your mails but takes your money.
It’s time for a police report.

They sent incorrect and damaged parts. I reached out multiple times and they will not respond. Total scam.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. They sent the wrong type of key and the wrong color. I notified them twice and never received a reply. For the amount, further action wasn't worth it.

The item I ordered got stuck at a distribution center. Contacted the company multiple times over the following months and they never got back to me. Just wasted my money.

This site is a scam. After carefully reviewing all the info and model number on my laptop, comparing it with info they provide I finally ordered. The hinge was the wrong size, and the key itself was a different colour (but let that go for now). I've emailed them to say - hey wrong thing and sent them photos. They asked for photos again, fine. A week later I get a refund for 9% of the value paid (because shipping a laptop key from China is so very very very expensive). AND to be hilarious, they offer 40% discount on the next product (i.e. 40% of 2 USD, when they shipping is 90% of the price - 17 USD) This is a scam. Stay away.

I have placed two orders with them. The first order was greatly delayed, but ultimately I did receive the product in fine condition. I placed a second order and just straight up never received it. I tried emailing them about 5 times in total over the period of 3 months but they never even attempted to get back to me. Wasted my money and my time. I would recommend finding somewhere else.

I'm rating one star because there's no Zero Stars to rate them.
Ordered a replacement key, they don't answer emails and the 800 number is no longer in service. Also the form to fill is no longer working (if it worked at any time).
Don;t use them, they are a scam!

Horrible Service and communication.
Wrong parts, and no answer whatsoever. Tried email, website, calls - nothing.
Pls save your time and don't deal with them.

I bought the same replacement keys from two different companies at the same time (to hedge my bets).

THose from laptopkey-europe were a mess - wrong letters, wrong "hinges" none of the three different types I ordered worked properly!

Those from replacementlaptopkeys.com took a while to arrive but worked perfectly first time (the only one I ordered).

It took a month for my key to be delivered to my home address. Wrong key. 'Nuff said.

They took my money and sent nothing.

I had ordered and received stuff from them before, but this time, I got the order confirmation email and that was it... No replay to emails, nothing. Steer clear.
