Had an absolute terrible experience with this company. Do not go any where near them....They are in constant communication with you when you are purchasing their service and then as soon as you're having issues or challenges, their team is no where to be found. No one responds to emails or phone calls....It's like you absolutely do not exist to them anymore. Has to be some of the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever dealt with. Was really disappointed and frustrated with the overall experience. Unfortunately the rep we were pushed to select didn't meet our quality expectations and instead of trying to work with us, the company completely started to ghost us. Would recommend others to be warned....When things are going well you will hear from them, but when they are not you will probably be treated the same way.

Our first VA we had through RepStack was very nice, but the work output was very basic. I found myself having to re-do much of the work. At that point, I asked for a different VA. That one turned out to be less helpful than the first.

The idea of this company is great -- that I could very quickly and easily get a team member on-board and they could jump in and start to help us right away. That was not the case in my experience, which is disappointing.

The RepStack HR recently hired one of my team members. They encouraged and guided her to not serve her notice period. Extremely poor employment practices, lack of professionalism and questionable work ethics.

The person they hired did not feel well qualified for the job. I found them online, and decided to try their services, but I don't feel like they were a good fit for me.

I have been in the market for quality virtual talent for a long time but I just can't find anyone who is a good fit...

Also Your Reps Only Worked 10 Days and We PAID You for 30 days of WORK!!! You Didn't Give Us A REFUND or Comp us the Rest of the Work.

And the BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT WE HIRED YOU TO MAKE OUTBOUND PHONE CALLS TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS.

WE RECEIVED ZERO, NADA, 0 = PHONE APPOINTMENTS, FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH WE HIRED YOU!!!

REFUND OUR MONEY ASAP NOW OR CREDIT US BACK OUR WORK!!!

WE WILL ALSO BE LEAVING OUR HONEST REVIEW SO OTHERS KNOW YOUR FRAUDULENT WAYS!!!
