Reputationcollective Avis

This company post fake reviews of one or two stars on your company’s website then within a day you get an email from a fellow named Sean Webb offering their fee based negative review removal services. The person that left the negative review has never set foot on our property nor have we ever communicated with them. We responded to the negative review asking them if they had ever been here and what issue they had with us, but there was no response. It looks like the domain name that this scam originates from his reputation collective. Watch out these guys are scammers. We’re working with Google now to get this fraudulent review removed.

These people are trying to extort money from me by posting fake reviews on my website. Scammers

We run a veterinary practice. Last week a 1-star Google review appeared on our listing with no text. The name doesn’t match anyone on our client records.

A few days later, an email arrived from “Sean” at Reputation Collective. He said he’d noticed the negative review, that it might fall under Google’s removal guidelines, and that they could deal with Google for us. No upfront fees.

The email came from rcolae.info, a domain with no website on it. Reputation Collective doesn’t explain how they spotted a review with no text on a small local practice’s listing, or why they got in touch so soon after it went up.

We’ve reported the review to Google ourselves. Google’s own reporting tools are free.

If you run a small business and get one of these emails, don’t reply. Report the review to Google directly and warn your team.

Scammers. They post negative reviews and then try to charge you to remove them.

This company posts negative reviews on business pages and then contacts you about a week later saying "we noticed this negative review, we can remove it".

They should be banned from the internet.

Received unexpected negative Google reviews, followed shortly by emails offering to remove them. The timing is extremely suspicious. I would advise others to be very careful. I don’t trust this service.

Scammers, they clearly post fake, negative reviews and then reach out to companies offering to "help remove them".
