Quality product and clear communication regarding delivery

Excellent flooring, I’m delighted with it. Only 1 reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 - I had to email when I’d been given no information about delivery. It transpired that delivery came on the day I emailed. I’d recommend this product all the same.

These marmoleum tiles are just delicious! We have only ordered samples and one box so far, as we are trying to decide what colours to use. We are very excited about the product, it looks to be really good quality and easy to use.

We will be looking forward to installing them in our large kitchen and will know that they will be great!

Samples were sent to me in large format which was surprising. They arrived in a large cardboard box, with a number printed to call to arrange a collection to return them once done with them. Unfortunately, it turns out that this doesn't apply to residential customers, so I am waiting for an email to explain how else I can return these, at least it will be freepost.

The samples are of high quality. I am sure the flooring will be beautiful. I chose one from a special natural material that is better for health, without the toxins found in other types of floorings.

I recommend this company and flooring.

EDIT: Customer services has reached out to confirm an easy way to return the samples so it is possible.

EDIT 2: I am very cross. My email reminders are being ignored. I am now left stuck with a large sample I cannot return, because the Royal Mail cannot accept it (it's too large), and I am not being offered a different way of returning it even though I offered to drop it off somewhere if no one could collect it.
EDIT 3: Please tell me if you can collect it, but do give me some warning first, or let me know if I can drop it off somewhere. Feel free to contact me so that we can arrange it, but I cannot keep this large parcel eternally and I am definitely not sending it to landfill.

Very good service delivered all on time and eithout any issue

Ordered and received within 2 days, brilliant

Really impressed by the precision fit and high quality of the Marmoluem click tile samples I ordered. Delivery was quick. The only negative was the excessive packaging with each tile individually padded meaning samples arrived in 3 packages instead of 1. The padded edging could easily fit of more than one tile to condense the delivery, save resources and reduce waste.

They encourage folk to return the samples and make that process easy, but again, simpler if the return was a single package.

Other than that, top notch.

The website is very easy to use. The samples came quickly. The product was easy to order once we had chosen what we wanted. The product itself is easy to install by any comment person. Then once installed it is easy to keep clean which is a must for me.

Delivery received on time. Items wrapped up well and I was delighted with the product.

Our free samples were sent super quickly. Unfortunately they didn't work the room we are decorating but they were such super quality, we will looking to use them in our bigger project next year.

I chose great colour to brighten up guest bathroom in very beige new apartment.Flooring arrived on time and looks great.would buy again.

We’re very pleased with these lightweight, durable tiles. The colours are lovely too. Quick delivery and a reasonable price to complete the job. Take a bit of practice and patience with the installation, but worth the perseverance for the finished result. Easy to cut with a ripsaw.
