Just moved back in to a Residently property for the second time, and once again it was a very positive experience. Ria was our main point of contact through the app and was amazing throughout, always friendly, responsive and helpful. In what are tricky circumstances with COVID, being able to do everything through one app is very useful. The integrations in the app make setting up energy bills very easy and the services provided through the platform are reliable.
Freddie was particularly helpful and very responsive during the time I was moving in. He is very polite as well.
I have just moved into a flat. Having Residently guide me through the whole process from having my offer accepted through referencing, payment etc was very helpful. I had quite a few queries and received a quick response each time.

Honestly Residently was the best move in experience I’ve had to date (and I’ve moved a lot) I can not recommend these guys enough. Always quick to help always super on it and never any nonsense excuses you hear from letting agents now days. If I move again I’m 100% going to look for properties that use residently!
Residently is a very good idea and did help me a lot with my move. They took care of setting up everything for me and resolved any issue I had very quickly.
The app is very convenient for exchanging with the Residently team but they also were very eager to speak on the phone with me on any matter. When I needed to change my move date at the very last minute, they were available and timely even on a week-end. The team also is very receptive to feedback on how they can make the product and service better.

I have used Residently with my recent rented property and the team was brilliant. Where agency was failing Residently support team was stepping in and making things happen! They are very responsive and really try to solve your issues. It’s important to understand that Residently can only be as good as the agency what is using them and I can confirm that they are trying their best even if the agency just lags behind. Most of my issues were solved via Residently! Thank you for that. As for the app itself - it’s well built and really easy to use. There are plenty of services offered what I can’t comment on since I didn’t use them yet. There is “my home” section of the app were all of the relevant information is stored like access codes etc what is really convenient. Support tickets are easy to open but again, If agency ignores them, not much residently can do about it. All in all this is a cool app/service with a great support team behind it!
