I don't know if this is doing what I think it is doing...but my BP is way down, so is my sugar (is it supposed to do that?) I sleep a lot better at night....I will be buying more....I know it takes natural remedies a bit longer to reach its full potency. I have been taking this every morning for three weeks....I am impressed I think and it was shipped fast.

When I started taken it I wasn't sure then the longer I stayed on it I got to feeling better have lost a lot of inches and my bloating is gone and I have engery that I thought I would never have again.
