Resiners Avis 16

I was given the G3 as a present in October. Unfortunately I had a problem with it. I emailed customer service and they agreed to send me a new one (the fault was actually caused by me). I totally recommend this company. I have the air purifier, G3, heat gun, dual mixer, bubble remover and 2 of the older curing machines as they were on special offer. They have helped with my resin so much. If you're on the fence I can definitely recommend.

Bought a Resiners dual- head resin mixer 6 months ago. Unfortunately the mechanism inside the metal rods broke and the paddles would no longer lift up.
I emailed Resiners customer service and received a very swift reply. They offered to send out 2 new metal rods and explained how to replace them. After a few more emails/pictures back and forth it is now sorted.

Typically I ALWAYS check Trustpilot first....but thinking I was buying from a reputable company - didn't bother this time and failed at the first hurdle!
Had I read the reviews first I wouldn't have bothered. Having ordered my specific item on 21st Feb...I am still waiting. Even Temu was quicker and it was my first time ordering from there too!
I can only hope my item arrives over the next couple of days. According to the tracking it's 'Port of Departure - Departure' as of yesterday. I don't have a lot of faith!!

I definitely don't recommend this company. In August, I bought a product to remove air bubbles from resin. Unfortunately, even though the product was supposed to remove air bubbles, it didn't. I used it occasionally, but a few days ago, it simply stopped working. I wrote to customer service, and they replied that they could exchange it for another one or refund half the price. Since I wasn't satisfied with the product anyway, I replied that I preferred bank transfer, and that's where further communication with customer service ended. I haven't received any response to my messages. They completely ignore me. I won't let this go. They sell junk for a lot of money and ignore the customer. If I don't hear back from them within the next few days, I'm reporting this to the appropriate authorities. You can't cheat and ignore customers like that with impunity. I definitely don't recommend them.

All my purchases with Resiners have arrived on time, well packed and fully working, I love their products and mostly buy directly when something new is released.

I ordered the Resiners G3 2-in-1 Machine and Extender directly from their website on January 14th.
It is now January 31st, nineteen days later, and I am still waiting.

The irony is that as a 'direct' customer, I am being penalized with a 3-week + wait for shipping from China, while the exact same product is available on Amazon UK for next-day delivery.
When I raised this with customer service, I was given excuses about 'separate sales channels' and offered a 'VIP' shipping upgrade that came with the warning of high import duties, clearly a deterrent to keep me on the slowest shipping route possible.
I love the Resiners products, they are good quality, but their direct-to-consumer logistics are a failure.
They are happy to take your money, but they won't use their UK warehouse stock for their own website customers.
If you want a Resiners machine, do not buy it here. Go to Amazon and save yourself weeks of frustration."

* Well, as an addendum to this review.
I wrote this article before I had ‘actually seen’ any other reviews about Resiners, but I can confirm that I wasn’t surprised when my review was made public, and I was directed to see my review, along side other failed customers.
While witnessing the same reaction to the Resiners website by other customers as I had experienced, I’m actually surprised that Resiners don’t just supply customers directly from Amazon.
Logistically, this would be ‘a no brainer’ with their supplies going directly to a third party (like Amazon) and using their delivery methods instead of single customer orders clogging up their supply chains, and then transferring to various shipping companies. .
However, it’s not my company, but I do wish them well. The quality of the actual products is fabulous, it’s just the “getting them” that seems to be the bug bear.

Ordered an Air Purifier end of November, with a delivery of 10-15 days. I then got an email saying due to Black Friday there was an unexpected demand, and the item will be delivered by they end of December.

I emailed them today (Dec 30th) to now be told, due to the time of year there will be a further delay of 5-6 weeks!

This is totally unacceptable, when they are still advertising them and selling them on their website, and Amazon.

Ordered air purifier on 4 Dec and paid for it.
Left it a week and no sign of it being sent. Emailed them and was told due to black Friday sales they had ran out of stock, but should get them in UK warehouse end Dec. Emailed again for a date to be told will get them in mid Jan so I should have it end of Jan.
They should put out of stock on their website. I'd never have ordered it if I'd known it would take so long.

I've been waiting for my order for 16 days and although I've emailed Resiners on 2 occasions, I still haven't had a reply from them with an update or acknowledgement. When their products eventually arrive, they are usually really good but their despatch time is absolutely shocking!

Purtroppo la mia e' stata una esperienza negativa, ho acquistato l'apparecchio per togliere le bolle di aria (quello nero piu' recente) costava sui 130 Euro. L'ho ricevuto con un piccolo taglietto sul cavo della presa, ho scritto sia su Facebook che su Yt ma per 3 settimane non ho ricevuto risposta, allora li ho contattati tramite il sito, speravo mi potessero inviare un cavo sostitutivo, invece no. Ho questo apparecchio da 1 mese e mezzo e non l'ho mai potuto usare

Website checkout was seamless, got order confirmation instantly. My resin mixer arrived 2 days before estimated date! Packaged with care and works like a dream. Will definitely shop here again.

First unit malfunctioned, but Resiners' 24-hour customer service sent a flawless replacement immediately. No hoops to jump through—just pure professionalism.

Unhelpful, dishonest, don’t buy from Resiners. Go to other company. Doesn’t remove bubbles. At all, then resin cures too fast.

Ich habe ein paar Sachen bestellt, zwar wurden alle Sachen einzeln verschickt, aber sie kamen alle an und waren super! Ich bin zufrieden.

Don't buy the resiners bubble remover.
If it's faulty you won't get any help whatsoever.
They are just uninterested
