Resolve my claim- so far so very good…

He explained clearly why he was calling and felt reassured he was genuine as I have been scammed recently. This causes things like this, dealing with unknown companies problematic so I am very wary.
Frank was at pains to keep me informed and about each step.
If I am entitled to compensation then I would be concerned if it meant I had to my bank details so would appreciate some other payout method should this arise.
Seems a very good service so far.
