Overall pleased with RDP's Property Management System
Switching over from one Property Management System to another is quite an undertaking. Different tools provided has help our business find new and more efficient ways in revenue management. Owner portal is a great resource for our owners to access statements, make payments, check their reservations and newsletters. Its a feature that can minimize the email/call volume to your front desk.
Connectivity and automation of our inventory & rates with OTAs was a main selling point in switching over. Our previous PMS required us to have a separate booking engine that rates and inventory were adjusted manually.
