I recently had my bathroom completely renovated by this company and couldn’t be happier.
Richard and the team made the whole process easy from start to finish and helped design and finish my bathroom to a high standard. Now I have a bathroom that I proudly show off and everyone who has seen it is very impressed. Will be using the company soon when I need to get my downstairs toilet revamped. Richard and team kept me informed about timings and reminders sent. They arrived promptly, explained the problem, gave a quote and fitted new part to toilet cistern. Payment was easy and follow up texts to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Came to replace a washing machine valve and to investigate a shower thermostatic valve as my shower would only run hot. They replaced the washing machine valve (a very simple task) however only look at the shower and said to contact shower supplier rather than to disassemble (and descale) the valve to examine it. Would not provide transparent up front costing until they arrived. Charged a call out fee of £80 + vat for a task a DIYer would achieve. A bit disappointing.

Very professional, nice to deal with and already had the part required in case it was needed, Which it was. Would recommend.

We needed a shower to be replaced and this involved removing tiles (which proved to be a lot more time consuming that anticipated as they were very dense and heavily grouted) and cutting a new tile). Richard and his colleague did a fantastic job and the shower unit he recommended is excellent. They left the area spotless and the cost was excellent value for money. We would highly recommend Richard.

Richard and his team at Response Plumbing were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Our bathroom refurbishment was a fairly detailed project and they handled everything with professionalism, care and real attention to detail throughout.

The standard of workmanship was very high and the finished bathroom looks beautiful. Richard was incredibly helpful during the whole process, always willing to talk things through, offer practical solutions and make sure everything was done properly rather than rushed.

The whole team were courteous, considerate and tidy every single day, which made a huge difference during what can often be a disruptive project. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows. Communication was excellent throughout and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

They were also genuinely great fun to have around — friendly, respectful and easy to trust in the house for several weeks, which really matters during a refurbishment.
