Such a disappointment
Despite placing an order in excess of £435 which obviously included Nike AirMax 95 Mandarins. I was initially advised that the order would be split so that items would be delivered quickly. However it became clear that the trainers were not in stock. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue via email I was eventually advised that the trainer would not be available for a further couple of weeks. I then decided to cancel the trainers and lost the discount. The next day I was told that the trainers were now available but that would mean I would have to pay twice the amount because the refund takes two weeks to process.
The website should clearly indicate if items are not in stock and they should not take payment until they are available. I was told that out of stock items are delivered by suppliers normally within two days, however in this instance it would be weeks. I personally would not use this store again. It was such a disappointment.

We made an order for my son of shorts,T-shirt and jacket. This arrived within one day and unfortunately was too small.
The returns system was easy to follow and exchange was sent out within a two day turn around.

Brilliant service from start to finish had a item missing I emailed them and within 20 mins it’s was all resolved very fast and I ended up with them giving me a discount me personally wouldn’t bother with jd ever again rather use these fast dispatch and the customer service is brilliant

Ordered a Nike miller set for my son
Ordered a Nike miller set for my son. It was delivered within a few days however the shorts seemed a little small. I returned the shorts and larger ones were delivered in 48hrs. Can’t fault the service or quality. Defo use again

Had a bit of a nightmare with these
Had a bit of a nightmare with these, ordered 5 Nike sets for my little boys holiday, sent them back asking for the next size up with the returns leaflet supplied, I received 3 of them back, called the number online with no success, emailed them numerous times and eventually got a reply saying everything had been sent out, luckily I paid for these through AMEX so I got my money back! Disappointed in Restock3d though as the prices and stock etc are really good but I think on this occasion something so easy has let them down, if you use them then pay with a credit card for a bit of insurance to get your money back, wasn’t going to leave a review but they sent me an email asking for one.

Started great ended awful
When ordered the items came quick but when it comes to returns it’s a nightmare had to raise with my payment provider at the end to recover the money and when i requested a refund all I get is it’s been escalated and it’s been well over 2 months never ordering from these lot again stay clear

I bought shorts and T-shirt set for my son for his birthday but he didn’t like the material but was over 28 days return so emailed them and had a quick response saying they couldn’t refund as over 28 days but could have store or online credit which was good of them , sent me a code and reordered something else , fast delivery , excellent customer service.

Loved the products
