We are a Charity and we couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Andrea has done on our sash windows. The first phase of the project was completed two years ago, when he restored 10 windows that were, quite honestly, on the verge of falling apart. Thanks to his craftsmanship and attention to detail, they were brought back to absolute perfection.
What truly sets Andrea apart, beyond his exceptional skill, is his character. He is kind, honest, and incredibly respectful of the home he’s working in. At the end of every single day, he left the property spotless, always ensuring that furniture and surrounding areas were carefully protected throughout the process.
We were living in the property during the restoration, and Andrea went above and beyond to accommodate this. He worked in a way that caused minimal disruption to our daily lives, which made a huge difference.
We also have cats and dogs who are very sensitive to noise and dust, and Andrea showed remarkable consideration for them. When working on windows in areas where the pets spend most of their time, he kept noise levels to a minimum—sometimes even sanding by hand instead of using electric tools, just to avoid distressing them.
This year, he returned to complete the ground floor bay window, and once again, the result is fantastic. His consistency, care, and pride in his work are evident in every detail.
On top of everything, Andrea is simply a pleasure to have around—always calm, cheerful, and with a great sense of humour. It made the whole experience not just stress-free, but genuinely enjoyable.
