I have just completed my taster week on Result Plan and now signed up for a subscription. This plan has been great to get me on track. I lost nearly 5lbs in my first week (I have a lot to lose). This meal plan is great as it’s not faddy like some others and is sustainable long term.

It’s so easy getting all my meals delivered at a really reasonable cost. I travel a lot with work and this is going to really help me stay on track as it’s been designed to eat hot or cold which makes things so easy for me.

The meals have all been really nice, sometimes the rice or pasta can be over cooked but it’s so tasty I haven’t minded when it’s happened. Favourite meals so far have been the coconut chicken bake and pancetta and bacon carbonara. I’m looking forward to making my way through the menu!

Brilliant company, excellent meals. They don't taste like diet meals at all - just smaller portions of really tasty meals. The chilli chicken is incredible. The team are so responsive and deal with all requests promptly. Well done! 5 ⭐

I am currently on my 4th day of this plan and so far so good! All meals so far have been very tasty and I have to say I am quite impressed. Instruction are simple and easy to follow. I originally signed up for 1 week to get them a try but have now signed up for longer. For me this is a convienient way of eatting healthy meals without having to think / plan during a busy working week with limited time for meal prep. Plus the added bonus of shifting a few lbs in the process!

I didn’t sign up to lose weight but more to get some control back over overeating. This plan really helped me to regulate my eating and I can say that I genuinely enjoy the food! I thought delivered diet meals would be rubbish but actually there was great variety of food and it all tasted great. My fave is definitely the leek gnocchi. Thank you!

Such a fantastic diet that I cannot recommend enough. It is the only diet that I have ever been able to stick to without deviating. The meals are delicious, and for someone who works a lot and doesn’t have time to ‘properly’ cook they are perfect! The flavours are tasty and there is a nice variety to choose from too. Customer service is excellent with all queries dealt with really quickly. I have done the diet for approx 8 weeks and lost 1st 3lbs. I’ve even had a few cheat meals and celebrations thrown in there! I'm thrilled! Result plan is well worth the money.

I highly recommend results plan. I found all the meals very tasty. There were no hassles setting up or ordering. One slight issue with delivery one week which was entirely down to DPD. I emailed the team at results plan and this was dealt with the very next day. To date I have lost 6lbs…

Great experience so far. I’ve tried a taster week. The food was tasty and my question were answered quickly. I’ve signed up to the 12 week plan. So am looking forward to starting it.

Great food- even better than when I used this company 2 years ago. I’m never hungry and communication is excellent. So easy and quick so not tempted to stray off plan!! Happy to recommend 🙂

I have lost weight in the past, but I never did it eating such delicious meals! Results plan really impressed me!

I was really worried to start with to try this diet plan. As I am in my 40s was worried that it would take me ages now to lose. I was shocked at the progress I had. In 10 and a half weeks I lost 10 kg, which is 12% of my body weight at the start of the programme. Note that I have a mobility issue and I practically do not exercise or do any really physical activitie. So yes, I am on week 11 now and I am already signing up for another 12 week. I was on the lowest calories plan under 1000 calories a day, seven days a week. Strongly recommend to try!

Delivery is always on time and any issues are sorted promptly.
The food is of a very good standard and always tasty with a good variety to choose from. Staff are polite and helpful and willing to help and advise.

What a great find. The food is freshly prepared and delivered weekly. Tastes delicious. Everything is measured and calculated so there is no straying away from losing weight. I am really impressed and I am a foodie

As a single parent of 2, I have neither the time or inclination to cook myself dinner every night and have always been terrible at meal prep and planning. Too often I would find myself ordering takeaway for convenience so I decided to look into meal delivery. I was impressed with the choice offered by Result Plan so went ahead with a weeks trial which is now nearly over. Whilst I have found a couple of meals lacking, for the most part the food has been lovely and I plan to reorder. If there is chicken in a meal I have found this is much nicer kept in a whole piece as small bits tend to go dry and tough easily. The coconut chicken bake was not nice - I expected subtle Thai spice flavours but it was oily and lacking in any coconut flavour IMO. My favourite has been the halloumi ratatouille - yum! I love cereal for breakfast and tend to be a bit heavy-handed with it usually, so at first I was disappointed with the small bags but actually they are just the right amount. It's annoying to have to pay extra for other breakfasts but the full english was great as an occasional treat and very filling.
Unfortunately my daughter found my snack stash and ate it so I wasn't able to try them, but I was pleased that 'naughty' treats are included as I have a sweet tooth and plan to keep them for my dessert in the evening.
I was only looking to get dinners delivered but have found that the convenience of having all meals plus a snack provided has been perfect for me as a shift worker, and keeps me focused and motivated.
I like that you can select your calorie intake goal as you can change this to suit you as your weight fluctuates. I did feel that the one recommended to me was too low (1000-1250). I went for the 1250-1450 plan with the aim to set my overall daily limit at 1550 (BMI 39 for reference) so providing a buffer in case a chocolate bar happens to jump down my throat. I am down four pounds in this trial week.
I tried to contact customer services using their website message button about whether they offer NHS/ blue light discount but as yet have had no reply.
I think the price is reasonable despite looking an awful lot in total - around £12 a day for 3 meals plus snack on 5 day/ 12 week plan.

A lovely variety of meals so plenty to choose from. I like the fact that they are lightly seasoned so I can add my own. This is my fourth session on the programme: I lost the weight I needed to but use the 5 day programme flexibly to maintain. Ideal if you live alone.
Above all, the customer service is exceptional!

Ordered for 1 week trial and on the second day signed up for the month. Fantastic food. Delicious. So easy to follow, no number counting or point counting it’s all done for you. Feel better already. Lost 4lbs in the first 3 days :) There is alot of variety of food, plenty to choose from. So easy to get bored of eating the same thing when you batch cook so this is just perfect. Will be continuing with this program for sure :)

the pastas are okay but anything else is very bad. The rice is overcooked and the chicken barely has seasonings. The potatoes had roots in them when they were cooked and weren't cleaned properly. Potatoes had no seasons when a little could have gone really far.
The breakfast premium ones were really bad as well. But the normal ones are fine.

Meals are really delicious and I love the convenience of the plan. I'm not a big bread fan so having a small healthy meal for lunch works perfectly for me. It's also so great not to have cook every night! Only criticism would be that lids are not properly put on meals when delivered. Other than that, I am a big fan!

Very early days, but super impressed so far.

Every meal has been delicious, and the delivery process is easy, even for busy people.

Food orders can be changed on a weekly basis or remain the same for even more convenience.

Although on first impression, the plan seems expensive, as there is no need to buy any other food, it actually works out reasonably good value, especially considering the variety of meals available. I am really enjoying a whole range of food I wouldn’t normally eat.

This is excellent so far. The food is yummy and the support is great. After I did a tester, I signed up for a month!

I use Result Plan for convenience not for dieting purposes. Result Plan saves time greatly. The food is good and varied. Obviously the dieting element is also positive for those who want it. Highly recommend for those who have other things that need doing in life apart from shopping for food, cooking and cleaning afterwards.
The support service is efficient, all my delivery modifications have been addressed and arranged as required.
I have been using RP since October 2023 and had no issues. I’d say it is the right choice for people who like avoiding unnecessary headache in life :)
