Im really disappointed and can't believe the lack of help.
Im really disappointed with this clinics service specifically the head office. I couldn't continue to complete my underarm in my paid for package because the heat from the laser had set if some dermatitis near the area. Having two sessions left i continued on other areas as advised but wasn't told to contact head office until last session when they where no help at all in even trying to make up for the cost paid. At least to put it towards something else.
I kept getting generic answers from amani whose never seen me before telling me its not their problem because its not there fault..
Their customers service and care for patients is terrible.
They just want the money and dont seem to have great experience in care of actually knowledge of skin.

A clear discrimination
I am extremely disappointed after contacting your team several times. I received a call today in which the staff member focused more on the fact that my service was complimentary rather than acknowledging that I was clearly a victim of discrimination in the service I received.
It appears that this staff member is solely responsible for all clinic operations in every state of Australia and was unable to escalate my concerns to a senior representative. Instead, they suggested that I pursue external avenues for further support.
I am saddened by the company's lack of advocacy for its customers. It is evident that a learning and development team is needed to provide staff with empathy training, as we all require this at some point.
I apologize if I have said anything hurtful, but by not providing a $60 repeat session, you have lost at least three family members as future patients.
Additionally, your staff claimed they reviewed video recordings and found no evidence that I received less treatment time compared to my wife. If I had received the same service, why would I have reached out to express my disappointment in the first place?
I am requesting access to the video recordings for my records. Please organize to send them to my email. If you cannot provide them, I would like to escalate this issue further, as it is now an ethical right for me to do so.
Please refrain from telling customers that they received a complimentary service, as every customer always pays for the products they are convinced to purchase.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Results Lazer Clinic at Melbourne Central, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! From the moment I stepped into the clinic, the friendly and professional staff made me feel at ease. The atmosphere was both welcoming and calming, which is exactly what you want in a place focused on beauty and self-care.
I was there for my first lip flip was really impressed with the thorough consultation process. The technician took the time to explain the procedure in detail, discuss my skin type, and set realistic expectations. It was clear that they are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.
The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and much less painful than I anticipated. The technician was attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process. I appreciated their attention to detail and the emphasis on safety, as they provided me with proper aftercare instructions.
What stood out to me the most was the genuine care the team showed for my results. They followed up a few days later to check on how my skin was reacting after the botox injections and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That level of customer service really makes a difference!
I have seen fantastic results after just one session, and I am excited about my future appointments. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional laser clinic in Melbourne Central, I highly recommend Results Lazer Clinic. You will not be disappointed!

Appalling customer service
Absolutely disgusting treatment by management of head office. Very rude and inconsiderate. Not only this she actually lied to me over the phone.
She stated that after the pandemic they no longer offer extensions, this is not true.
She told me it is not up to the 19 year old staff to advise me the packages expire. Then whom is supposed to inform me.
