The therapist was lovely and very welcoming. However the aircon issue is still not fix. Quite uncomfortable on hot days I feel sorry for the clients with long appointments and for the staff too.

I cannot express enough my utter disappointment and frustration with Results Laser Hair Removal clinic. This establishment has proven to be nothing short of a scam, providing false terms and conditions, exhibiting deplorable customer service, and engaging in disrespectful behavior. My experience with them has left me feeling scammed, mistreated, and robbed of approximately 750AUD.
First and foremost, Results Laser Hair Removal intentionally provided me with false terms and conditions, conveniently omitting crucial information. This deliberate deception is an outright scam, preying on unsuspecting customers like myself. It is evident that their primary concern is profit, rather than ensuring transparency and fair treatment for their clients.
To make matters worse, their customer service is appalling. During a phone call with one of their consultants, I was subjected to derogatory remarks and name-calling. It felt as if I was speaking to an individual who viewed their job as a form of punishment. Right from the beginning of the call, it was evident that the representative had no intention of helping me, instead opting for sarcasm and denying any responsibility. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and disrespect as a paying customer.
To further exacerbate the situation, when I requested a copy of the contract specifying the expiry date, Results Laser Hair Removal callously declined my request without providing any valid explanation. This refusal to provide a simple document demonstrates their unwillingness to be transparent and suggests they have something to hide.
In a shocking turn of events, Results Laser Hair Removal canceled my credit, which I had already paid, without notifying me of its impending expiry. This callous action left me feeling scammed and robbed of a significant amount of money. It is utterly unacceptable for a business to engage in such unethical practices, preying on unsuspecting customers who trusted them with their hard-earned money.
In conclusion, my experience with Results Laser Hair Removal has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their fraudulent practices, terrible customer service, disrespectful behavior, and lack of transparency have left me feeling scammed and violated. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the financial loss, emotional distress, and mistreatment by seeking a more reputable and trustworthy provider for your laser hair removal needs.
I've got the reply from them asking for email with all the contact details. 6 months after nobody contacted me still.
