Everything about the process was great
Everything about the process was great! This is a hard time for me and the process was smooth and helpful. Travis and his crew were so nice and so helpful. I have more to donate and I will for sure use them again!

The input process of estimating what it’s gonna cost is unreliable and misleading. What I thought was gonna be $134 was $198. The young man doing the work were great but still after the experience I felt misled and not that great about my donation.

Could have been better
I made a list of everything I was donating on an Excel spreadsheet with pictures. I got an estimate. Drivers arrived and said there was too much stuff and they could only take half now. OK. Pictures don't describe how big the items are (though a queen bed is a queen bed, they should have a ballpark). Drivers said they never got the pictures. So why does ReSupply ask for them?
Then they broke a stair ballister (spindle) getting something out. They forgot one item that was supposed to be in the first pass (an air conditioner).
On the plus side, they were professional and arrived when they said they would. Also, they said they'd send someone out to fix the spindle.
So the job was broken into two jobs for their benefit, but they said I needed to re-submit a request for the job (they second half).
