Original pickup was moved ip an extra day which I didn't expect, but was very surprised. Pickup guys were very prompt & professional.
A little disappointed that my original quote had a recycle fee added which should have been disclosed ahead of time.

Resupply alerted me of every step via text, email, and phone calls. The estimate is visible and up front, and can be updated. The men were very fast movingmythings out.

Even though the guys were extremely late, they did a very good job. We thanked them for their service. Also, all of the staff members were timely in responding to questions.

Liked: ease of scheduling, regular updates.
Not so good: 1) the team was less careful than most movers — I heard a lot of thumping and scraping. Even though the items may be discarded, the house still needs protection. 2) Surprisingly expensive. The actual cost was more 60% higher than the estimate. I would try alternatives next time.

Very competent in moving heavy, bulky furniture piece. Professional and courteous. Thankful that I could donate the furniture to Habitat for Humanity.

The movers arrived and walked through the house to see what was being donated. They removed the items efficiently and did not damage the house or the items being donated. I was impressed with the care taken to protect the items in shipment and did not leave a mess. Re-Supply communication was great and the tax receipt and credit card receipts were received quickly.

We just donated to ReSupply a number of furniture pieces and were very pleased with the company. Great communication once booking an appointment and constant updates until the day the movers came. We highly recommend this company to donate towards meeting the needs of the community.

The donation process was seamless. From setting up a pickup time to arrival. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable about items that can be donated.

Communication was great! Response time was great! Not very happy about the mode of transportation used to pick up my beautiful white couch with XL white pillows that was just tossed in the back of a pickup truck 😱

I booked for 4 appliances to be removed but the refrigerator was not taken. It's fully operational and has worked great for many years. I was told by the staff at my house that it is too old. My understanding is that all the appliances would be taken especially since they are operation. I feel deceived.

Also, your service seems to be better set up to pick up an appliance after it has already been disconnected.

I had to change the time of my pick up and they worked us in. The guys showed up timely and uphon leaving they.shared what other donation items they except an provided their card for future donations. I will share this information with my friends and family

Very responsive and had good communication on pick up time

This was a very efficient way to have furniture moved and to donate to a great cause, New Life Warehouse in Oldsmar.
The moving team kept us updated as to pick-up details, dates, times - with real time updates. On the day of our pick-up, the team called to let us know they would be late due to vehicle problems. However, this resulted in a very short delay as they sent a team member with a truck and trailer to pick up and deliver the items! We were very impressed with the entire team and experience!
