Definitely a scam. Ordered a Christmas gift for my son in early December. Not only has it still not arrived, these crooks haven’t answered a single one of my emails. Very bad site run by very bad people. AVOID!!!
I purchased three soccer jerseys for $198 AUS in December 2024 as Christmas gifts and didn't receive them until February 2025. Trying to contact customer service was horrendous.
One item of the three they sent was different to what was on the website. Now that I'm asking for a refund, noone is replying to my numerous messages. Not happy at all!!
Terrible, I spent over $150 for several kits, 5 months ago, not only that they weren't shipped, I cant ask for a refund, or even get in contact with the people, after sending several emails. Scam don't buy from here.
Two shirt were ordered. Only one arrived. 5 emails sent and no response. I have waited a long time before leaving a review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My son placed an order on 16/10/24 for a REAL Madrid shirt. Despite their website citing a 5 day shipping policy by 30/10 had not been shipped. I e-mailed on 30/10, 31/10, 2/11, got a response from 'Emma' on 4/11 who said she would look in to it, e-mailed 4/11, 6/11, 11/11 and messaged via Instagram on 11/11. No replies. The site is scamming kids out of their pocket money. Please report to your local authorities if you also get scammed.
That service is a ball of shit, I bought a jersey and then never send it and they kep my money 🖕🏻

Got the shirt.
After 1,5 months the shirt arrived, they dont respond to emails though, thats the only thing i can put a finger on.
if I could rate lower I could. its virtually impossible to contact them. they said a shirt was out of stock and for me to change the order however there is no way to change it. so I email what I want changed and 2 weeks later they charge me again and not a shipping confirmation in sight.
How is this website not shut down it’s clearly a scam .. they take your money and run and don’t ever send out the goods .. I absolutely detest scammers 😤🤬 .. my young grandson is so disappointed and that makes me so mad 😠.. and it seems there’s nothing we can do once they taken the money 😤 I’ve sent numerous emails but they’ll never respond .. SCAMMERS
