Dont bother buying from this company
Dont bother buying from this company if you expect service. Paid on 22/2/26 - it is now 22/3/26 and I still dont have what I bought.
Even after contacting them I go a lie when told they would post on 16/3/26
And please dont lie and say it is the courier at fault as I have proof you had not sent before 18/3/26

This product tastes like lolly water, I bought the Lemon and lime, grape flavours... Honestly I should have bought the sample packs first cause now I'm throwing away big bucks on a product I will never drink. The sweetener they used messes with my blood sugar balance and I feel awful after drinking it. Naturally no refund once they have your money, Oh the bottle also leaks don't bother buying it, waste of money. I don't recommend this product or this business.

Hi Charlie, really appreciate you taking the time to share this, even though it’s not a great experience.
Taste is very personal, especially with electrolytes. Ours are naturally sweetened with stevia only, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, which can taste different if you’re used to sugary drinks. You can absolutely add more water adjust the strength to cut the taste right down.
We can organise a refund/replacement for the leaking bottle that’s not acceptable and we’ll fix it.

10yo soccer tournament
Using for my 10 year old’s intense, long, boiling hot soccer tournaments. Him and his mates love the flavour. They say its exactly like grape jelly. His mates ‘put in orders’ for him to bring them bottles of this. We will be taking to a soccer tournament in Bali where the boys can scoop it out of the jar into the water bottles provided there.

These drinks taste feral
These drinks taste feral. But I guess if you got pots, your stuck with them or sodii which are also gross. I recommend adding half a teaspoon salt to coconut water instead.

Totally fair, while we have worked hard on getting the taste right, electrolytes will have a different taste to soft drinks especially when they’re formulated for higher sodium needs like POTS.
A lot of people actually prefer that less-sweet, more “functional” taste once they get used to it, but it’s definitely not for everyone.
If taste is the priority, your coconut water + salt approach can work, it just won’t give the same full electrolyte profile or consistency per serve.
For anyone on the fence, we always recommend starting with single sachets first to find a flavour that suits, it makes a big difference.
Sickly Sweet…
I purchased 2 x tubs of the Raspberry Electrolite powder but l cannot use it. The amount of Stevia sweetner in the mix is so sickening l am very very disappointed

Thanks for your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear this.
Taste is a big one with electrolytes, and because we only use natural stevia (no sugar or artificial sweeteners), it can come across stronger for some people, especially if you’re sensitive to it.
It's worth noting that using more water can help reduce the sweetness quite a bit, and you will still get the same benefit.
I received a sample pack that I paid…
I received a sample pack that I paid for to try all the flavours and one sample was open and had leaked. I contacted the company and sent photos etc and they did not even bother sending me a new sample, just thanked me for the photos. Found it quite rude seeing I paid to try every sample.

I had a deep plane facelift and brow lift at revitalize I can't express how great this company is from start to finish and staying in the mandarin Grove villa the staff and proff seyhan were excellent am 3 month post opp and my results so far are fantastic I highly recommend revitalize

I love that I can purchase sample sachets of the product. I first tried it in a glass of water but the taste was too strong for me so now I add it to my drink bottle (900mls) and I drink it over about 90 minutes. I find this to be more palatable for me.

I drink up to 2 litres of electrolytes…
I drink up to 2 litres of electrolytes each day so it’s important to taste good and have no sugar. Revitalise hits the mark for me. Tastes great, many flavours to choose from, fast delivery and keeps me hydrated.

Honest review (not paid or related in anyway)
Ordered Watermelon (fantastic!), sour apple (more link a granny smith, but absolutely spot on with flavour), lime (not bad, husband likes it more) , grape (sorry missed the mark on that one, and I love grapes) and passionfruit (nope, not sure how that got its name)
I would however recommend- 1-1.2 lts per scoop, which is plenty for a lovely refreshing drink/ add I've and blend for a 'Boost juice' but healthy!
Also- cheaper to buy from other companies than direct (not sure why as they cut out the middle man if direct)
But most certainly worth purchasing. Hopefully mango and lemon are in the future production thoughts... Good job
