I recently made my first purchase from Revive Aesthetics and was initially hesitant about the experience. However, I am pleased to say that I am now completely satisfied and will definitely be a regular customer. The prices are very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my parcel the very next day. This level of service is remarkable, and I highly recommend Revive Aesthetics to my colleagues. I've been trying to reach this company for a month about my order, no reply. Emails, whatsapp and calls all getting ignored..

Do not buy from here! Complete scam I ordered something back in January never turned up. They told me on WhatsApp they had a flood and asked me for bank details to refund me never did and blocked my number. Unfortunately one of the girls ordered something again from here yesterday not thinking as the name resembles another site we use and paid for next day delivery shock nothing, no tracking or way of contacting them and of course my number is blocked from January so I have raised a fraud claim with the bank absolute scammers taking peoples money for stock. Lowest of the low taking from people and effecting their livelihood!

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have not recieved my products which I ordered. They ignore emails,calls and whatsapp messages. I was never provided a tracking number,my products or a refund. Scammers.
Still no refund or delivery of the product. No replies to emails still.

Do not buy from this business.
I bought several products in good faith. One was advertised incorrectly and I required a refund after being sent a different product. A postage label was promised of several occasions but never provided.
They never respond to emails, just WhatsApp messages occasionally.
Don't waste your hard earned money on these incompetent people. I have requested a refund through my bank.
I should have learnt the first time after I had to chase an order that wasn't sent.

I ordered my items 27th of February, today is 6th of march 2026 and I still haven’t receive my order . I emailed them. But they even didn’t replay to my email. So it’s mean my money are gone

I had a great experience with Revive Aesthetics. The products arrived really quickly and everything was well packaged. The prices are very reasonable compared to other suppliers, which is a big plus. It’s nice to find a company that offers good quality products without overpricing them. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and would recommend them to others in the aesthetics industry.

I had a great experience with revive aesthetics amazing customer service, one of the injection boxes was one but when i emailed then they sent put a new one straightaway very pleased with the service.

I’ve had such a great experience with this wholesale aesthetics supplier. They truly sell everything you need for aesthetics in one place, which makes ordering so much easier and more convenient.

Didn’t receive my order and they don’t reply to my messages and emails.

Disappointing Experience with this Company

I recently placed an order with this Company on Thursday, expecting to receive my products within the promised 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Despite the stated delivery timeframe, I have yet to receive a tracking number for my shipment. Each day, I log into the shop app, which initially indicated that I should receive my order by Tuesday. Now that today is Wednesday, I still do not have my products. This uncertainty has been particularly frustrating, as I had booked clients based on the anticipated arrival of my order, leading me to cancel appointments not once, but twice, due to the delay.

In an effort to resolve this issue, I have reached out via email multiple times, only to receive no response. Additionally, attempts to contact customer service by phone have proven unsuccessful, as I have been unable to get through.

As a first-time customer, I had high hopes for a positive experience with this Company, but the lack of communication and support has left me feeling extremely disappointed. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in their customer service and order fulfillment processes.
