I spoke to Dr Sahu during a consultation and found it to be very useful. Professional approach and informative.

A very professional and friendly team at the clinic. Comprehensive details of the procedure were provided beforehand and any/all questions were answered in full. The aftercare was excellent and could not be faulted. Highly recommended.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit der dubiosen Firma HAIR & SKIN teilen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dieser Firma war äußerst enttäuschend und unprofessionell.

Zunächst einmal wurde mir ein verlockendes Angebot von 70 Franken pro Monat gemacht, doch nach Vertragsabschluss wurden die Raten willkürlich erhöht. Diese Art von irreführender Werbung ist inakzeptabel und zeigt, dass HAIR & SKIN nicht bereit ist, transparent und ehrlich mit ihren Kunden umzugehen.

Des Weiteren möchte ich auf die fragwürdige Praktik eingehen, dass bei einem verpassten Termin dennoch die komplette Sitzung in Rechnung gestellt wird. Mir wurde eine Gebühr von 500 Franken für einen verpassten Termin berechnet, was absolut überzogen und unverhältnismäßig ist.

Insgesamt ist meine Erfahrung mit HAIR & SKIN äußerst negativ. Die Geschäftspraktiken sind fragwürdig, und der Kundenservice lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Ich rate jedem davon ab, mit dieser Firma zusammenzuarbeiten, da sie nicht nur ihre Versprechen nicht einhalten, sondern auch unfair und undurchsichtig handeln.

Bitte seien Sie vorsichtig und informiert, bevor Sie sich für eine Zusammenarbeit mit HAIR & SKIN entscheiden.

I made the decision to have a hair transplant and went to a couple of companies for opinions. When I went to visit Dr Sahu, she told me the same as the other practices but I felt more comfortable and the experience felt more personable too. She answered all the questions I had without me feeling I was a pain. She is very knowledgeable and her manner/professionalism is second to none as well as being a genuinely nice person. On the day of the procedure the atmosphere was relaxed and faultless, it’s a nice clinic and comfortable with the choice of streaming tv channels to watch to keep you occupied during the procedure.
Dr Sahu explained to me the after care needed and kept in contact most days for the first week or so, even answering my questions late at night in a Sunday. I’m now 4 months after, and I’m getting daily comments on my hair, I’m so happy and so pleased I chose to go here, not a chance I’d choose anyone else or consider overseas or London, the after care is what you need too and Dr Sahu take pride in her work. I can’t wait for the end results as she told me yesterday to expect 50% more. Thanks again

I’m incredibly happy with the outcome and service provided by Dr Sahu.

The process from start to finish was fantastic. Dr sahu was very helpful, honest and was always available to answer any questions I had prior to the surgery. On the day of the surgery I felt relaxed with Dr sahu and the technicians. I felt hardly pain or discomfort after the surgery which was a bonus.

The aftercare advice and communication after the surgery was great - most importantly, the results are brilliant one year on.

Money well spent
When I first went I was shy and didn't know what to expect, but because of the AMAZING service and guidance to help me to understand how it all works and what needed to be done I went through with it... Already I got a great outcome, during the procedure ìt was so relaxing and well organized, even when the bit that hurts. " the numbing bit" it wasn't that bad, great friendly staff and great team work, evening after the procedure they text you out of hours to make sure you okay, great location and was treated with a great lunch, I recommend them to everyone

I recently visited the Essex hair clinic and met with Dr Sahu to discuss possible hair recovery treatments. She was well informed and provided me with several options, where I opted to go for a hair transplant. Unfortunately I had reservations prior to the procedure, where I felt exact parameters were not communciated effectively and unprofessionally and I did not feel comfortable continuing with the Essex Hair Clinic. Upon lengthy discussions with Dr Sahu she did not reimburse my deposit which was referred to as a 'booking fees' in order to bypass consumer statutes and laws. Even though I reverted back within a week of the booking being placed to cancel, she claimed all clinics do this, which I can confirm is not true and they generally all state a cool down period, which was not clarified by Essex Hair Clinic. I then tried to come to an amicable solution with regard to the money held on account to be put towards other non-surgical options i.e trichotest/PRP, this was refused by Essex hair clinic and no solution was reached and my deposit was not refunded. Therefore I do not recommend this clinic.

9 months after hair transplant and couldn’t be happier with the results, completely transformed my appearance and confidence is sky high now.

Currently 5 weeks post hair transplant. Over the moon with the results so far. Dr Sahu has been fantastic from the moment I contacted her. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured from the first consultation and has always been available if I’ve had any questions or concerns. Can’t wait to see the results over the next few months!

This is the best hair transplant surgery in Essex and the only one where I actually met the surgeon who would be doing the procedure compared to many agents just selling transplants and sending you somewhere else

The rest of her team are also very professional at what they do, this is not one of them pushy sales businesses, this a professional set up with the right person behind it and running it
