I came here for an iPhone 11 pro battery replacement and it was done extremely fast and the guy was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place. A+++

Paid 20 quid for them to tell me (a fortnite later after I chased them up) that they can't do anything because they don't have the parts for this model. Pointless.

After discussing with our technicians and checking our system we can see that you brought your Realm Q2 Pro to us on New years eve. Unfortunately due to the public holidays during this time some of our suppliers were closed or had irregular working hours, making it difficult to source parts for your device. We can also see that you paid £20 to perform a diagnostics check on your device which involves opening the device and checking the serial numbers of parts to see if we can source the required part for your device.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, we understand your frustration though hope this helps explain the situation with a bit more clarity.

Fast response, some unexpected issues
Response time was very quick to replace a shattered glass on a Huawei P9 smartphone. Unfortunately the resets they also carried out in doing so screwed up the Swype text keyboard as well as a number of other settings. Everything other than Swype was relatively easy to restore. I still can't use the writing tool properly.

Trustworthy, fast and good value.
Rapid and honest appraisal made of the fault on my phone. Relatively speedy repair at external facility. I used Revive Lab a few years ago for a broken phone screen and the high service level has been maintained.

I replaced the battery on my ageing mobile phone, a rare model that required a very careful approach.
The team worked very professionally, with constant updates on the status. My phone is like new now. I think this is one of the best electronic repair centres in Glasgow. Highly recommended!
