Never receive my order on time, every time I do order, their carrier DPD fail to deliver, I have to spend £10 to £15 to collect from collection points, so it really disappointed service, also the products are good quality and great.!!

The changes seem to be causing a lot of issues and the smooth service I knew seems a thing of the past sadly.
The pharmacist wrote up the prescription but now you have to provide your own which has its own issues and some of the products were not available to order (but in stock) which was very strange. Took several emails and phone calls to rectify.
Hopefully they will get back to the seemlesa service they were
