We joined reward in 2018 at a time when the business was not in a good place for a variety of reasons. Reward were able to tailor a package of finance which included both Factoring/IF and a term loan. This was all needed at fairly short notice, and Reward responded accordingly.
Having previously used both a high street bank for Factoring/IF purposes and more recently another very well known player in this field, Reward were a breath of fresh air in terms of not only flexibility, but most importantly accessibility to their actual 'decision makers' at director level when the need arose.
Reward may not be the cheapest provider, but will provide these services to businesses who have probably run out of other viable alternatives. We have moved on now as our business is in a different position, and Reward have served their purpose for us admirably.
We would not hesitate to recommend Reward to any business who is in need of finance, but is hitting a brick wall with first tier/high street bank and possibly second tier lenders.

After dealing with mainstream providers and always been told the computer says we need this or that or no and normal lenders takings months without reason it was refreshing to be introduced to REWARD! They are the opposite to all the lenders I have dealt with before i.e human and look at the bigger picture! They did what they said they would do in the time promised with great service from Karen. From beginning to end, I knew they would do what they said they would do, I rarely write reviews but thought its worth noting that they are the real deal!
