SCAM
SCAM. Told me to expect a 6% boost in revenue. In my 5th month that boost was 2%. After looking further into it, only half of that 2% in sales were new customers, so it really was just a 1% boost and came out to about $7 per acquired customer. Extremely expensive for a 1% boost. But wait... There's more. The other half of that 2% came from customers that I had acquired myself but because they had a specific credit card, I was now paying them for customers that were regulars long before I ever joined their program. When you calculate the actual total cost per new customer (because why else would you sign up for something like this) it came out to about $12-14 per new customer. Which is insane.

Expensive but worth it
It brings few tables per day, a little expensive but worth it. It pays itself at the end.

My company has worked with Rewards Network for over two years. We love the accessibility to reach new diners, as well as experiencing those that repeat their visits.

They are refusing to honor their terms of service
This started on 03/14/2024 and it is now 05/14/2024, 2 months later. On 3/14 I received an email advising me that I had earned a reward of $20.56 which would be deposited to my credit card account within 3 days. Now, 2 months later, it still has not been deposited and numerous emails have gone back & forth between myself and "Daisy", the contact at Neighborhood Nosh. At this point, the situation has been "sent up to their "support team" for review. They've had it for over 2 weeks with no resolution. Now it's more of me being the proverbial squeaky wheel to see how long they're going to try and keep my rewards from being disbursed to me.
Waste of time and energy
Update: As Rewards Network has responded to my review saying the issue was resolved I would like to clarify that it has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I was offered points for one out of five restaurant visits that I have asked about. Ironically, the points I received were for the one where I should not have been eligible as the restaurant in question was marked for delivery only, and not for dine in (odd for a coffee shop, but I acknowledge that was my error). I stand by my negative review of the bait and switch tactics of the enticing point offers that seem near impossible to actually collect, and the lack of customer service, except when I posted negative public reviews after months of trying to get simple answers. I regret spending the time to even comment further, but it speaks to my frustration with this company.
I signed up to three different rewards network programs with three different credit cards - the IHG, Hilton, and Marriott dining programs. I tried numerous restaurants that I would not otherwise have gone to, but was happy to try out. However, points never posted. I wrote in using the website forms and did not get replies. After a couple weeks I tried calling customer service to ask about the missing points. And was told to call later. I tried again several more times over the next few months. Although the website says points should post within 10 days I received a different answer each time about why they hadn't and was given different dates for how long it might take (up to six weeks). While the program is free, there is an opportunity cost for not using other programs, like Rakuten, as only one such program can be added to any credit card. To those who get points, congratulations, but I strongly recommend that others considering the program look at better alternatives.
