The physical store has free entry and specialises in selling, buying and exchanging dinosaur toys and collectibles from all genres and media franchises including (but not limited to) Jurassic Park, Dinosaurs, Walking With Dinosaurs, Dino-Riders and the Land Before Time. The Dino Den is a dinosaur lovers paradise that also showcases a large personal collection of Jurassic Park collectibles and memorabilia and a permanent showcase display of dinosaur models, replica movie props and retro gaming consoles that play each platform variation of dinosaur gaming across the years. The store also showcases themed events and has a coffee/tea bar area serving bean to cup drinks, soft drinks and pre-packaged cakes, biscuits and confections. Amazing customer service !
My daughter asked for two specific needohs which were out of stock every where but here. I won’t lie, I was a little nervous about ordering from an unfamiliar website, but thought I’d chance it.
Ordered on a Sunday and immediately realised I hadn’t put everything in my basket before checking out so I emailed asking if I could order the other item as click and collect but it be shipped with my first order.
I received an almost immediate reply and nothing was too much trouble, including if we had any colour preferences.
The best customer service I’ve had in a long time, thank you!

What an incredible spot
What an incredible spot! I visited another branch, which was fantastic, but this new location surpasses it. My dinosaur-obsessed son was thrilled and absolutely overjoyed to buy a large Arlo toy with his birthday money. Many thanks! I'm definitely planning to return and have already shared this wonderful place with all my friends and family!

Was looking for a specific item and found this gem of a shop everywhere else was over charging by quite a bit and rex was selling at normal price my item came well packaged and quick will definitely use again when I need too

Great transaction, better comms needed
Price was good, delivery was prompt (considering the festive season) and item was as described. My only criticism is that comms were virtually non-existent: if I hadn't taken a screenshot only my credit card bill would've had any indication that I'd ordered something, and I had no idea the item was on its way.

Call to all mammoth heard
I loved rexys reviews. Amazing experience and Andrew Garthwaite was very kind when i called and he told me all about mammoth rings and my spicy stiggles inquiries. It is a must for us mammoth heads and other extinct crisp fans.

Just a fantastic store!
Always had amazing service and delivery with rexys Reviews.
I'm a huge jurassic park fan so even on there socials they post stuff I'm interested in.
Recent order came damaged (no fault to store) replacement sent out and received within 2 days.
