Our visit to their workshop was good, very pleasant people, and they fitted the bike rack whilst I waited in their customer lounge. The bike rack is excellent and gives me what I want, and that is not lifting my heavy bike up onto the traditional much higher door mounted variety. If there is a downside, and it is a minor one, it is that you have to remember to leave a space of a couple of metres behind you to swing the rack open to access the inside of the van through the back doors. That apart it all works effortlessly, we are pleased with our purchase, a good buy as far as I am concerned.

Rhino installs have worked on my Motorhome on multiple occasions, automatic levellers, AC, LPG tanks and most recently Starlink. They have always been timely, efficient and the quality of the work is excellent.

This company listens to the customers specific requirement and if you need their advice you ask for it. I have even wanted a more expensive solution to my install, unlike others, they have said otherwise. This effectively, I would assume gives them less profit. Their focus and all the team is customer satisfaction. Which is a win,win situation for everyone. All I need to say is a BIG THANK YOU

Took my motorhome in to have a SOG System fitted after being recommended to use Rhino by a motorhomer we met on holiday. On arrival the first impressions were of a professional outfit, clean and tidy, welcoming and even had a great waiting area to sit and wait for the work being completed...with free hot drinks and biscuits.!! The work carried out is first class and you would think it was an original fit during manufacture. I will certainly use their services again and recommend them without hesitation. I've had several dealings with Rhino Installs. On each occasion they have been professional, efficient and accommodating. They have decades of experience and it shows. Their knowledge is extensive and they seem to be able to turn their hands to pretty much anything installation related. Their prices are also very competitive.
They are several hundred miles from where I live but even with that distance they are my number one choice. That says it all.

We were looking to get an alarm fitted to the motorhome. Rhino Installs gave advice on best product to suit our needs. Booking was really easy. While they fitted the alarm i stayed in their waiting room which has tv, tea/coffee and comfy chairs and much more. Would highly recommend this company.

Rhino Installs is my "Go to" motorhome accessories supplier/fitter. I was advised to see Phil and Trisha some years ago and after having a few jobs done back then I'd never go anywhere else. Phil always offers helpful advice and his work is meticulous. We've recently gone down the lithium route and had a Fogstar 300ah battery, a Victron MPPT controller, a Victron B2B charger, a Victron mains charger, a Sterling battery maintainer, a pure sine inverter and some external security locks fitted. Hand on heart all the work was spot on and both my wife and I are super happy. 5 star recommendation from us.

I've used Rhino Installs twice. The first was to get VB SemiAir installed and secondly an inverter installed and wired into my 240V sockets. Other installers had refused these jobs on the grounds that it was not possible. Rhino Installs had no hesitation or concerns with the work I wished done and it was all carried out with professionalism and respect to my vehicle.

On both occasions I found them very approachable and knowledgeable on their services and products. Their prices are very reasonable. They are quick to respond to any enquiry and willing to discuss the technical aspects of the job.

I'd have no hesitation using them again and would recommend them to any one.

This is a very competent company, one of the advantages of a smaller more focused business. They very patiently adjusted my work window to cope with a very unfortunate situation when I found myself with an issue outside of my control. Upon visiting the workshop to have my bike rack fitted, the job was finished within the estimated time and was well undertaken. I have further jobs required and I'm very likely to return to RhinoInstalls for this when the time comes.

Quick and professional but could have done with a little more explanation into the workings of the Gaslow system and the spare gas bottle adaptor purchased

I had an appointment for the fitting of a satellite dish, but my van broke down on a Sunday and I was stranded for two and a half days waiting for a part to continue my journey. I rang up to explain as I was going to miss my appointment that I had waited three months for. The staff at Rhino were extremely helpful and were able to move my fitting forward a day. The remainder of the journey was also a complete nightmare with flooding, road closures multiple delays for accidents etc. When I arrived at Rhino I was met with a smile and a fantastic waiting area which was like a flat and had every comfort. Easy to deal with and professional service.

I recently used Rhino Installs to supply and fit a reversing camera on my camper. They did a great job, very neat and professional. They are my go to company for any assessories I need and will definitely be using them again .

Top service fitting a pull out awning and after a couple of questions they also sorted my battery charging issues.

What a great company, definitely worth the drive down from Aberdeen. Had and underslung tank and reversing camera fitted. Slick, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. Will definitely be returning to have WiFi fitted
