The platform's interface is ok, but it failed to deliver any conversions despite multiple attempts and strategies suggested by the account manager. They were unwilling to provide a refund, even after extensive communication and trying different approaches. I would advise caution when considering this platform.

It seems like Richads hasn't had any direct link ads for five months, and they've started redirecting their ads to pop-up ads instead of a direct link. Even though I'm sending traffic to pop-up ads, they're still not adding ads to the direct links.

Horrible ad network. Richads is really low-quality, in nearly everything. Firstly; the onboarding. You get in touch with like 2 managers before you get one assigned.
Then, the quality of the traffic received is very bad; from more than a million impressions and 30k clicks, I got 0 SOI registrations and 0 user interaction in the website I was promoting. The offer I was promoting was indeed a good converting one with the rest of networks; still with Richads the results were as bad as possible.

So if you want to burn your budget completely go with Richads. That's my experience. Just find a bigger and more honest networks, I'm sure that in the market out there it won't be difficult to find. But the low quality of Richads traffic, including getting clicks from datacenter IP addresses, 0 interaction with the website advertised, means that it's either botted traffic OR very low quality traffic from publishers that simply aren't enough for advertising anything, and not enough for the big quality they always say they have on their traffic. Take in account that the advertised offer was gambling, which they say it's their strongest vertical, and the offer was in their strongest geos and with a whitelist... How is it possible that the site got 0 interaction, not even a SOI registration?
Think about it and in the meantime just choose a different network.

Richards (Yellana), unfortunately, my experience with your service was extremely negative. You blocked my account and withheld my money without providing any services. Your promises were empty and your money was wasted on bots.

I think that your service deserves attention from ScamAdvisor. You invest a lot in marketing, but forget about honesty and integrity towards customers. You are defrauding people out of money and this is unacceptable.

Hello. Below I will write my personal opinion (IMHO), a value judgment about this advertising network. Everyone has the right to their own personal and I would like to share it with them. It may not match the rest of the reviews or may not be objective. 

1. According to my internal statistics, traffic mainly (more than 90%) consists of bots. Where, how and under what conditions traffic is selected - unclear to me. To the statistics shown, I was told that my site is not interesting to users and takes a long time to load. A rather strange judgment, which does not find the slightest confirmation in the presence of conversions in other advertising networks. 

2. For the entire time of operation (several days with this network), there were only a few (2 or 3) conversions from this grid (at a cost of ~ $ 150). I used the same parameters as in another advertising network, but in another network, a high + is a stable conversions and site actions, and when using this this adv network, mostly "users" enter and instantly exit the site....

3. The balance of funds, unlike almost all other networks, will not be returned to you, referring to their internal rules. But of course, no one will write about it in the reviews.

In the reviews, and indeed in this review, I did not write other unpleasant nuances. I just honestly don't want to anymore. Everything is obvious to me. My personal opinion is that it is not recommended for work.

These guys are just real good at being scammers. They adapt to your saying to make you beleive you're doing great (that's why they give you a manager, so you can complain and then they adapt). If you don't want to spend your money on bots, just pass your way.

I only found out about Richads about 1-2 months ago, I tried registering a website and received the script, and it's completely non-functional. How can advertisers buy ads when the script on the publisher's end isn't working?

I also read their most popular blog: 'richads. com/blog/best-ad-networks-for-gambling-advertisements', the information about the minimum bids of Propeller, Evadav, and AdMaven is inaccurate. In reality, they have a minimum bid of 0.001 instead of 0.01 and 0.005 as they stated.

I also created a ticket but haven't received any response.

After years of being with them, they deactivated my account requiring me to do verification after I funded the account with my card. They literally disregarded my history with them. Their logic is that a lot of fraud happens with card payments, oh well, so does identity theft and data breach, unless you are a Govt entity or a financial institution, you don't need my passport and other sensitive details. And before you say it's regulation and make other such misleading statements, let me tell you that it's not mandatory unless you are a financial institution or unless a certain amount is breached in spend. Whatever defense you have, by your logic, I too should be verifying who you say you are, will you send me the sensitive details of your employees so that I can also verify the identities of those I am working with? Give me a break, trust is supposed to be a two-way street after all.

As on 12th March 2024, they are yet to refund me in full, I had funded the account with $150, and they refunded me only about $145 conning me of the remaining amount. They maintain that it's Ecommpay who charge the processing fee and point me to the terms as well, but the logic they don't understand is that no service means full refund, if there are processing fee they should work with Ecommpay and get it back instead of scamming me. Shady company with shady practices. Beware.

To your reply: Firstly, it's your messup that you failed to notify me that you'd need ID verification BEFORE I funded the account. Platforms such as Adsterra notify you upon selection of the payment method as to whether or not an ID verification is required.

Had you notified me of such a requirement, I wouldn't even have funded the account in the first place.

Secondly, I did ask your support team to get me the ID details of your founder in exchange for mine, it was a fair ask considering you wanted to know who you are working with and so did I. but instead it's them who chose to refund the money and I have the email. So essentially, IT'S YOU who decided not to work with me or agree to my terms and refunded the money.

Thirdly, I don't care whether it's Ecommpay or you who charges the money, in case if you failed to notice the page is called "Terms of Service", meaning, terms of using your platform, which in this case was denied to me, so 0 service in my books equals full refund, from where I am sitting you've still withhold the remainder amount of $4.64.

Fourth, if I was shady I wouldn't wait this long to scam you, if you look at the account history, it already had a spend of about $300, so common sense would be that anyone who wishes to commit ID theft, or other crimes would do so quickly instead of waiting this long. Since you and your team lacks common sense, you insisted on the ID verification.

And the main point to be noted here is that you failed to sufficiently satisfy me how my sensitive data would be handled.

And lastly, this has been taken up with EU's Online Dispute Resolution forum. After the prescribed resolution time ends, I will be exploring my legal options and I will add mental agony as well as time elapsed and other damages to the maximum extent possible. Because I did take it up with Ecommpay as well and they maintain that it's RichAds who should be refunding the money.

Once again, 0 service = full refund. Because terms of service ceases the moment I am denied access to use your platform. So those terms don't apply to me who is not your customer anymore. People don't question your ethics or conduct doesn't mean it's alright. I am going to ask those questions and exercise my rights as a consumer who got scammed by your company.

EDIT 05-07-2025: they had eventually issued refund in full and were polite enough in how they handled my complaint, so revising the rating to 3 / 5, because they still took up a lot of my time and didn't handle the complaint at the first instance.

Refund-less platform full of liers.
Paid $500 and only a week after I was able to start a campaign. Followed their guidelines and lost $100 in about two hours. NO NEW VISITORS on my website and I sent proof from Google Analytics and they blame Google for not tracking properly my visitors! 🤣 Hilarious, but seriously tricky. I requested a refund and they won’t provide me ANY. Not even the remaining balance in the account. Thefts.
