Ordered 4 of the precision universal wine glasses. Came really fast and great glasses one had a very small defect which I emailed about to have replaced. Not only did they replace the glass but I was sent another one as well, so I now have 5 glasses plus one with a small defect but perfectly useable. Natasha sorted it all out for me, communication was fantastic and I had the replacement glasses the day after I recieved the originals cannot beat that service.

What a beautiful whisky glass which I purchased for my husband on our 10th anniversary. Glad came in a lovely box and was delivered on time. Quality is beautiful. Thank you

We were trying to replace our Villeroy & Boch tumblers with something made in UK. Sadly we received a tumbler made in Slovenia. Richard Brendon of London. The website is very miss leading

I have a fleet of the exquisite Jancis Robinson wine glasses and ordered some as a gift for my father. The order was placed on December 13, potentially too late for delivery by Christmas. But the order went out on December 15 and arrived at my home in Southern California on December 17. Amazing!

I came across this brand after using the fine bone china in hotels in London and harrods.
Superb universal wine glasses especially if you want something that’s solid in the dishwasher.

Definitely buy again

can no longer recommend Richard Brendon. The glassware I recently purchased is significantly lighter and feels less substantial than the pieces I bought two years ago, making it impossible to extend existing sets without a visible difference in quality. Prices have risen while standards seem to have declined. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency from a brand that once stood for craftsmanship and quality — especially when other suppliers now offer better products for the same price.- Thank you for responding. While I appreciate that handcrafted pieces can vary, the change I’ve noticed is not a minor variation — the newer glasses are visibly lighter and feel less substantial than before. That shift fundamentally alters the character of the product and makes it impossible to extend existing sets consistently. If this is now a deliberate design change, it would be helpful for customers to know, as it impacts both quality perception and purchasing decisions.

I am a long-term customer of the tea cups and glassware/bar ware. I return when I can justify the expense! The quality is outstanding and I cannot find tumblers (fluted or crystal) that match the quality. More recently I have had a minor issue with delivering items I did not order and the issue was dealt with very quickly with minimum inconvenience to me. The most recent fluted tumbler did have an inconsistency in the rim of the glass with a 1-2cm section which was very thin. I have not returned it due to various reasons. I just feel the company may need to keep up to speed with their quality control processes given the prices. But overall, just outstanding glassware.

Great product. Customer service was also excellent resolving a problem with my order. Would not hesitate to buy from again.
