I have purchased another used car from Richmond Hyundai ( Mario) and have received excellent customer service as always. I felt there was a good understanding of what I wanted and I am most satisfied with the efforts to meet my requirements in a most professional manner. We found the staff friendly and helpful, we knew what we wanted and were able to purchase our new car at a price we were happy with. Initial communication was not too good but our experience was overall a good one.
