On May 2, 2022, I went in for maintenance on a CRV. Melvin Hayes provided excellent customer services with an easy explanation of services to be provided, cost of those services, and the time it would take to complete them. He went out of his way to be very kind and sincere while being very professional throughout the process. My experience at the service department with Melvin Hayes was extremely positive, and I recommend to other customers to seek his help when visiting Rick Case Honda!

I brought the car in to see if the correct shocks were put on. They were not. Malcolm was very helpful and also the tech explaining things.
Malcolm kept me informed of the status.

The service here was okay. I paid to have a diagnostic overview and was o Lu told about my suspension. My car overheated 2 days later because the coolant level was low. After leaving my car there for 2 days, my car was returned to me with oil handprints by the hood on the fender and unwashed. Not professional to return the car like this. The advisor was very nice however.

Me as there was a lot to navigate with several repairs which he explained in detail. I didn’t have to worry because I knew he was taking care of everything. He helped get me a rental so I could get to work with no problem while the car was being serviced. For future service I will definitely have Melvin take care of me and my car again.
