Bad customer service
From the get go the service specialist working with me was dry. She didn't seem to care at all. My car was bought brand new. The battery failed in less than 2 years later. They put a replacement battery which again failed in less than 2 years. I towed my car to the dealership but they refused to replace the battery stating it was not under warranty. The warranty for the second battery ended the same time as the warranty for the first. How? You placed a new battery in my car and you're telling me it doesn't have a warranty because I didn't buy it. When I asked her if that replacement battery failed 2 months after you put it in the car yoh wouldn't replace again? She said no. There wouldn't be a warranty.
Again the rule is nonsense in my opinion ; however, the specialist Stephanie need some customer service course refresher.

I was very pleased with my salesman Shawn. He respected my time as requested and he offered prompt responses to my questions. I have purchased numerous vehicles in my life time and I can truly say I had a great experience at this dealership as well as with the individuals I interacted with. Stay away from Rick Case…
JC I had no intention of addressing what I delt with but reading your experience with your paperwork brought back my own problem with my lease. After finishing my contract with them, I got a call from the finance girl Tiffany telling me the bank was not giving me the preferred rate and I had to redo the contract.And my payment was now another $14. A month. Unacceptable I augured with her saying if 850 is a perfect credit score and mine is 825 why isn't that good enough? I asked to speak to the person at the bank. I got nowhere. In the end I gave her the difference in cash to make it up but was very mad. I needed to call the bank (Ally) on a different issue and when we had finished the girl asked is there anything else I can help you with? I mentioned the redoing of my car lease. She was speechless. She asked for all I knew and said they would never do that. She said she would handle it. Tiffaany was fired. She is lucky I didn't have her arrested. I could continue to write about all that is shady about the dealerships. Let's just say I am their worst review on Google. Did you know Rick Case would only deal with white shirts?If you wear a blue shirt, you aren't worth talking to. White shirt are management. Did you know the salesman are calling my salesperson from there who is now at another dealership to play games and make fake appointments to mess with him? I vowed to get him out of Rick Case. And I did. I got him a job at another Alfa Rameo dealership. Which is now the number one deanship in Florida for Alfas. They are playing childish games. They lost their status with Alfa and are not happy. So instead of trying to improve themselves, they would rather blame someone else and attack them. stay away from Rick Case
A Whole New Level of Shady Dealer Behavior
I've dealt with lots of dealers over the years. The high pressure tactics and shell games are all but expected when you attempt to buy a car these days. But Rick Case Genesis has taken the shady dealer reputation game to a whole new level. Not only are they dishonest when it comes to pricing, but they are actually engaged in outright fraud with regards to selling their cars.
I reviewed and signed a full, legally binding lease contract on paper. I signed every page. I initialed every section. It looked just like every other lease contract I had signed, and there was no indication anywhere that this was not a “real” contract.
After I signed and initialed every page of the paper contract, the Finance manager then presented me with a tablet, and said that I would need to do the whole thing over again via Docusign to send directly to Hyundai. I thought this was strange, as I had just signed what appeared to be a full and complete lease contract, and have never had to do this in my prior leases, but he insisted it was identical, so I began the process.
On page 2 of the electronic contract, I noticed a financial discrepancy with the paper contract. After some back and forth between employees, the manager indicated that the paper documents I had just spent 45 minutes reviewing and signing didn’t matter, and that they weren’t even supposed to be using them any. He took them from me and told the Finance Manager to shred them.
Of course, this meant I couldn’t compare the paper contract to the electronic one to identify more potential discrepancies which may have materially altered the deal. The Finance manager kept insisting that we were nearly done, and that the only thing that mattered was that the monthly payment was the same. He insisted that I finish reviewing and signing the electronic contract to complete the transaction, but continued to refuse me access to the paper lease contract I had signed in order to ensure there were no further discrepancies.
To add insult to injury, literally, I was verbally attacked by multiple employees throughout my time trying to resolve this issue, including the General Manager.
I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review for a dealer before, but this experience was so egregious, everyone needs to know to stay as far away from Rick Case as possible. They are on a whole different level of immorality.

I had to come back to get a top console…
I had to come back to get a top console reinstalled/replaced since they had to order the part the first time I was there. They ended up just reattaching the original part, making the second trip a waste of time. There was still glue residue in the console that was not cleaned, and pieces of tape thrown around the car from the repair. Very disappointed in the quality of the service.
