I purchased a car from Rick Case Honda, the customer service is the best! My sales associate Cheri Villegas was extremely helpful and I feel she went above and beyond. The finance manager, Howard Moss was extremely helpful as well! I highly recommend them both!

Albert was the best car sales man I've ever met! He has a great sense of humor and he definitely knows how to joke with the customers. His customer service was impeccable and if you want to buy a car from there look for him! The financing manager was also wonderful. He negotiated with me until I got the best price. It was an all around amazing experience. Even when I was signing and filing the paperwork for my forever car, that dude was also amazing! Love the staff! Will definitely buy from them again.

Rick Case Honda Just out for money
Rick Case sales person's just care about a sale. They will push you into bad deals.... make sure you read over everything BEFORE accepting any offers and do not take the word of the sales person or finance manager. The finance manager will rush you to sign, flipping the papers so you can barely read what you are signing off on. They are a big dealership with predatory practices.

Unplanned service
My battery died unexpectedly and I showed up at the service dept without an appointment. Justin took care of me and I was in and out with a brand new OEM battery in under 2 hours. Will definitely recommend to my friends

Bad Customer Service
I had scheduled appointment for 8:00AM, I’ve arrived on time, explained that I would like oil change service and tire rotation. Also, I’ve asked for diagnostic on my proximity sensors (I was getting ACC message), estimate to replace front passenger light (daylight LED did not work) and rear quarter panel glass (broken by my landscape guy). No one called me back, finally when I called around 3:30PM, I was told that someone will call me. Finally when I got call back (around 4:00 PM, no shuttle service) I was informed that the estimate for the repair work is not ready and that I need to wait, and also I was told that I need to wait for my car to be cleaned/washed. Finally I’ve got confirmation at 5:30PM to come to pick my car (they’ve just finished cleaning it). When I went to pick-up my car, it wasn’t washed, it wasn’t vacuumed the oil was not topped off (1/4 below maximum, before it was always topped-off).
I am writing this to see if you really care about your business and service to your customers. You service use to be great, that was what separated you from the rest of the dealers. I am supposed to schedule another $2,600 in repairs tomorrow, however if no one calls me back I will switch to another service provider and you will loose me, my family and friends as customers. I am a business owner and I would really be upset if my employees did this to our customers. I hope that you care as I care and that we will be able to move past this. Looking forward hearing back from your Customer Service team.
