Great fish but missing the extras
Excellent fish but there weren’t the usual extras ie Rick Stein mayonnaise and hazelnut butter which made the fish box extra special.

Fish is extremely expensive this year but they try and maintain the best options they can. The crabs specifically have shrunk year on year but still passed our family test of being the best.

Great Service and Quality Product
The lobsters arrived exactly on time, very well packed and kept appropriately cold. They both look great and are currently in our freezer to be eaten this Friday. Not inexpensive, but great service and sure we will enjoy them.

£80 fish fish box never arrived
£80 fish box ordered to enjoy for Good Friday. Out for delivery on the Thursday. DPD message said running behind but never turned up. Said they would reschedule for Tuesday !!! Contacted Rick's, who didn't know. They then canceled the order as Tuesday far too late for fresh fish, refunded and offered 10% off for future. Easter weekend ruined.
