I have a car for sale on Facebook marketplace, I am contacted by someone who wants to buy the car if it has a clean ridecheck report.
The report costs 49.95 dollars

Unfortunately, I only get to check ridecheckinspections.com on trustpilot after I complete the purchase!

The report I receive is also not correct, there are several errors on it, it is only the chassis number, make and model and color of the car, or nothing is correct.

However, no money has been withdrawn from my account... yet.

Was linked to website by a guy on Facebook marketplace asking for an inspection report on my car, wanted me to spend 50GBP. This is a known scam.

They will be intersted in car and try to give you the full asking price once you confirm the vehicle check. They will send you a link and even offer to cover half the 49 euro for inspection.

Facebook scam! Was suggested this site to do a vehicle health check on a car my partner was selling, just wanted money. Very pushy scammers too.

It's a scam off Market place. They ask you if you have a full service report and then they say they only trust this site because they previously used it and show a fake report. Then I sent her the registration number to do it herself and she said only the owner can do it. Luckily I did a quick search and discovered it was a scam.

I want to warn everyone about this fake website and the people behind it.
I was contacted on Facebook by someone who claimed they wanted to buy my car. They asked me to pay 49 EUR through this website to get a “car report” before the sale. I trusted it at first — but it turned out to be a scam.

After I paid, they sent a fake report that looked like a cheap template with random information — not a real document at all.
When I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my emails and messages. Later, they even sent me an automated message pretending to be “sorry for the inconvenience” and saying I’d get my money back — but of course, nothing ever came.

This website is full of fake car buyers, fake profiles, and fake promises. They try to look professional, but they are just stealing money from innocent people.
Do not trust them, and don’t pay anything!
